Really awful ...factory speed assembly line...All diagnostics are lies!! I believed in them till I went back they do not stand behind the work ..they do! 3,000 later.I brought receipts ..please fix its same thing..they said,No!!! Seriously liers cheaters..worse mechanics on planet!! 100 👎 thumbs

The work is excellent here but I didn’t appreciate the cussing going on in the customer lounge especially when it is the owner and some of the technicians. I understand that nothing can be done about customers but keep it in the garage in the back. It’s not very professional at all! Josh, the manager, has always had respect to this fact and that is well appreciated.

Jason and the crew at Total Tire in Pt. St. Lucie are amazing! I’ve been using them for almost 20 years. My battery died unexpectedly today and they took me in immediately and replaced the battery within a half hour without an appointment. That in itself was incredible. I will never take my vehicles to another mechanic besides Josh at Total Tire. I have taken my vehicles up there for the last 2 and 1/2 years. I learned a lot of things sitting in his lobby. He is definitely about the customer not the dollar. I have heard him tell people that had no idea they had a warranty to cover repairs how to get it done. I have heard him tell people that couldn't afford repairs ways that they might be able to get by for a little bit longer, Rather than throwing his hands up in the air and saying you have no other options and charging you an arm and a leg. This place cares about the person his employees are extraordinary as well they are very polite they nod smile and say hello. They don't just look at you and grunt. I would give you 10 stars if I could my friend thank you so much for keeping my vehicles running and safe.

What I expected to be a routine oil change and tire pressure sensor replacement turned into rim damage and being sent home in an unsafe condition. I’m not a huge car or truck expert, but the shop looked decent from the street and the front desk staff were polite and able to squeeze me in on a Friday at 1 pm, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. When I returned to pick up my truck, I was told they had trouble removing my keyed locking lug nut and that it “snapped” during removal. I was then informed they didn’t have a replacement lug that fit and that I would be fine driving home with only 4 out of 5 lug nuts. I was assured it was safe. Trying to stay calm and reasonable, I paid and went back to my truck. That’s when I actually saw the damage. To remove the broken lug, they had completely bored it out, severely damaging the rim in the process. This was not minor scuffing—it was clear, permanent damage to my wheel. I sat in my truck for a moment because something didn’t feel right. I turned it off, went back inside, and asked to see the broken lug nut. They handed it to me. When I explained that I was upset about the damage to my rim, I was brushed off and told I “won’t see it,” it “won’t rust,” and that I should just find replacement lugs online. No apology. No acknowledgment. No attempt to make it right. The entire interaction made it feel like, “Good luck—this is your problem now.” What bothers me most is that I was never notified or asked for approval before they drilled out a lug nut and damaged my rim. That is someone’s property, and the decision to cause visible damage should never be made without the customer’s consent. While the oil change and tire sensor install were completed, I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and responsible for damage I did not cause. I’ve attached photos showing the rim damage, and I also noticed light scratching around other lug holes as well. I know I don’t have “brand new” rims or lugs, but it’s all I have. I wanted to like this place, but I don’t feel I was taken care of or treated the way a customer should be. This was my first and will be my only visit.
