went to get my tpms light checked before my warranty ended. they said nothing was wrong. few days later another mechanic advised my rim was bent and i had a nail in my back driver tire. also turns out my sensor for the tire pressure was in my tire, after casually dismissing me & just adding air in the tires, the mechanic after advised they neglected my service.

Over the years I've had many problems with this Tire Choice. It's been slowly getting worse and worse. I don't believe the 4.5 rating at all. From suspension work where the bolts weren't tightened, to a new AC compressor that lasted less than a year, to now recently a broken wheel stud. That happened because they tightened one lug down completely at a time instead of starting all snug, and then tightening. Also, the 4 wheel alignments are so bad that it destroyed my tire in just a few months. Never going back again and you shouldn't either.

One of my radiator hoses began leaking suddenly. I called around many places to try to get in as an emergency. Tire choice told me to come in at 1 o’clock and they’ll take me right in. When I got there, he explained that there was a long line ahead of me and they would try to get me in that day. I explained to him that the woman on the phone told me to come in and that I could wait for the vehicle while it was repaired. None of that mattered. This was on a Saturday. I told him that he was probably going to need to order a part and to do that late on a Saturday would be impossible, he called late Saturday to tell me that he couldn’t get the part. Then he called on Sunday to tell me everything was closed. DUH! Just got a call from him today on Monday. He told me it’s going to take a couple of days for the part to come in and the total price was going to be $850. That’s $850 to change a radiator hose! So I wasted three days of my car sitting on their lot only for them to try to gouge me on the price. I will be picking it up and taking it elsewhere.

I want to express my sincerest appreciation for the exceptional service I received at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. I originally stopped by on a whim, just looking to replace a tire. From the moment I walked in the front couch. Staff made me feel welcome. The gentleman in the desk was friendly and respectful to everyone, which stood out, especially since it was first thing in the morning. While I waited, I overheard a conversation between the staff and another customer who had brought their car in for their son. The technician went above and beyond by checking the vehicle thoroughly. They discovered it was dangerously low on transmission fluid; something the auto seller had completely overlooked. They also found that the battery was no good, which could have caused serious issues down the line. That kind of attention to detail shows true integrity. Doing the inspection of my friends vehicle, the team covered a life-threatening issue that could have resulted in a major accident, possibly costing lives, including mine. Though the repair was expensive, it was absolutely necessary, and I approved it on the spot. I had a doctor appointment that I could not miss, and without hesitation, one of the young staff members drive me to and from my appointment. That level of care is unheard of these days. The first time in a very long time, I felt like a part of a family, even in a space where I normally might feel like the odd one out. They treated me with dignity, took care of my car, and looked out for my well-being. Tire Choice is more than a business. They are a blessing to the community. Their customer service, technical skills, and genuine concern for people are rare and invaluable. To J, his Pop and the entire mechanical team: thank you. We need more companies-more people- like you guys!

They are always kind and honest about what needs to be done and pricing and super understanding and educational which is super important to me personally. First off my first experience was with the management over on Cashmere and St. Lucie West Boulevard. Which was a horrible experience. I was told that they would rotate my tires and balance them in the interim. They tried to make me purchase new tires and would not rotate my tires. I was so upset I called corporate. Corporate asked me to go to Bayshore store. At the Bayshore store they not only rotated my tires but they treated me like I was a human being. I have nothing but good things to say about the management there I have been received with open arms and I will continue to do business with that store because of the management I could not have asked for anything better than the treatment that I received at the Bayshore store. The manager there is definitely an asset to your company, softly, spoken, reasonable and just a complete gentleman.

I arrived about an hour before they closed and after finding out that I was looking for two affordable tires. I got the feeling that they were wanting to close early. I was asked if I wanted to get the tires then, which I thought was strange. I of course said yes, because that is usually my purpose for visiting a tire shop. (not to setup a future purchase) That's when the guy seemed to reluctantly look up what he said was their cheapest tires for $175 each. And to be too perfect, they only had one available. Maybe they just do not keep up on their inventory and they price their tires too high, but I would've appreciated a much more honest approach like, Get Out! We don't want your business. Understand that while my description of the interaction with the person representing this business is exactly what happened, the rest of this review is merely my opinion of that interaction, but this place will never be my choice for tires

Stay FAR away from this shop Bayshore. They charged me a ton of money, refused to offer any refund, and even told me to take my car somewhere else. On top of that, my car was in worse condition than when I brought it in. Very disappointed with the experience. On a lighter note, the store in Port St. Lucie West was great. They were able to fix everything they could and really helped me out. I appreciate the honesty and the effort — much better experience!

My tire blew on the Florida turn pike and this amazing shop worked super quickly to get me back rolling. They evaluated the issue, took my keys, and had me back on the road in less than an hour, which was amazing because we still had over 500 miles to get to our destination. I highly recommend this shop and its employees. I feel bad I couldn’t mention their names because I was in such a rush, but the Sunday afternoon crew rocks!!
