Ordered tires that said two day shipping which took a week to get to Walmart. Once there tracking said they were delayed in processing and would contact me when available. Called Walmart and was transferred a half dozen times including to the tire center several times to no answer. I decided to just book an appointment to have them install and hope they would find the tires. The next day when I got there I was told there was no appointment and when I showed my “confirmation” the guy said “I see that you have it but I don’t have it on my side” so he would not honor my appointment. I asked to just take the tires and while I waited that guy was dealt with two other people and was just snappy and rude to them. What an absolute joke of a place.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. If your time is valuable DO NOT go here. Spoke with the guy at the counter who tells me there are two cars ahead of mine and it will be a 1.5hr wait. I say that's fine as I will not have another opportunity to get this done soon so I leave the keys with him. I wait 1.5hrs and go back to the counter to collect my car. Guy says there are still two cars ahead of mine and it will be ANOTHER 1.5hrs wait! I asked what the problem is and all I get is "we're short a guy today". Garbage. Clearly Walmart doesn't care about customer service and customers time. If you value your time take your business somewhere else.

I arrived a little after 5pm on a Friday, and a customer who was already there before me, was told they're no longer taking anymore customers. That they were putting their equipment away and were done for the day. They close at 7pm. I had an emergency and needed 2 front tires. Ended up buying the tires just for another business to put them on. Walmart continues to get worse with their business practices. RIP.

Absolutely amazing! I have a newer model car and one of my features is a dashboard reading "100% oil life remaining" (depending on your number) I've been getting oil changes in this car for 3 years and have never seen that message. Which means I never really got an oil change. smh. Thank you so much Gatlin Walmart. I recommend everyone to you.

Had a appointment for a oil change was there on time waited over an hour and they haven't even started lady in front said they took 2 other cars when they weren't supposed to. Wasn't going to wait another hour and had places to be and left whats the point of a appointment if they are not going to even be able to take you.

Promo says make a appointment guy at counter says, we dont make appointments Promo says 4 new tires, 1 hour. I asked how long, he says, hope you enjoy Walmart sir, and laughs. I only needed two tires, 3.5 hours waiting and never touched my car, I asked fir my keys back. Tire Plus will now get $240 . Thank you for enlightening. The CDC also says you don't need a mask.

I ordered a tire and scheduled an appointment today. When I get there it's a long line. They couldn't find my information even tho I had the email was a huge waste of time I will never buy a tire from Walmart again.

I don't usually give low or negative reviews. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. Arrived at 8:30am and was told 4-5hrs. That's typically what they always say so I was okay with that. At the 4hr mark, they took the car in, so I figured would be done right at the 5hr mark. Grabbed lunch and when I returned the car was outside, so I figured it was done. Turns out oil change was done but not the tires. After 6hrs, I asked to get my car because I couldn't stay any longer. I paid for lifetime tire rotation and balance last year, and they still tried charging for that service.

Bought brand new tires through them last year paid for the lifetime balance and rotate. Went this morning to have them balanced and rotated was told I needed an appointment. I told the lady online only allows to schedule as an oil change or buy new tires which I don't need. She insisted I needed an appointment so I asked her to make me an appointment she said the system doesn't have an option to schedule one. So the service I already paid for is not available to be done because I can't schedule an appointment for it even though they require an appointment for it. Don't waste your money on lifetime balance and rotate because you'll never be able to get in for it.

Absolutely NO automotive sales staff. One young employee was running around putting products on shelves and was gone in a flash - BEFORE I could ask my question & he didn't acknowledge me. Also,. Your PRICES are not any better than anywhere else.

Go to any another Walmart for tires! The service department has no idea what their doing. I ordered 4 tires and made a appt for 3pm for installation. I was told that all 4 tires were there per the Walmart app and the women at in the auto department. 1st .. the service department didn't bring my vehicle in till 4pm, then 30 min later i was told that they only had 3 of the 4 tires. It took a total of almost 3hrs before the car was done. And on top of that, they tried to give me someone else's keys, asking me "are you sure those aren't your keys"...YES I'm sure those aren't mine!! And then they processed another payment for installation and balance of 4 freaking tires. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I bought tires through the app for my 2018 Tesla model 3. Made the appointment and the store cannot install the tires nor any other local Walmart tire center. I went to Tires Plus to get them installed and because they were purchased from Walmart they won't install them. Why does the app say they can install tires when they cannot. Do not order tires and think Walmart can install them for a model 3. How do we get the app to update on whether the local automotive center can install tires that you buy from Walmart. As you know I bought tires for my 2018 Tesla model 3 and the store that I picked up the tires cannot install them nor any of the other local Walmart stores. The store said they did not know it was for a Tesla model 3. Walmart should have verified that the store has the ability and skillset to install the tire. How are my tires going to be balanced and rotated for the next 60,000 miles. I had to go to two tire stores to get them installed. Tires Plus would not install the because they were purchased from Walmart. Will Walmart reimburse for the mounting and disposal fee because they did not install them?

Listen, I know about cars. I work in the industry and I've know what I have on my car. I needed cheap tires installed asap, and I ordered them a week in advance. I kept checking the tracking and days before my appointment it said that they were ready for installation. On the day of installation my appointment was cancelled and I had to call and scramble to get slotted in. Ok, shipping delays happen (more likely they sold one of my tires that I had in store). Then getting them installed, I was lied to about the tires I currently have on my vehicle. I know everything about my car, and exactly what is on all 4 corners. First it was that I ordered the wrong size - False, then that I had 195/55/r16 tires on my car - false. I hate being lied to. Finally they realized I know what I'm talking about and installed my tires. The only upside is that the techs took good care of my car. However I need to rebalance the tires because they have a vibration in the rear. I wonder how that's going to go...

Came here with a screw in my tire. Tech claimed it was in the side wall and not reparable. It’s in the middle of the tire. It is 1000% reparable. Just shows me where to never take my car to again. They can’t hire competent techs to do a simple plug apparently!

The employees at this Walmart Auto Care Center Location are going to injure, or kill their customers through gross negligence and unacceptable failures of following their own safety policy and procedures. Wife went in to have a flat tire replaced, not only did the older woman at the desk do everythinf in her power to avoid accepting the tire change, she was incredibly slow. With an appointment it took a total of 1.5 hours to ATTEMPT to change ONE tire, they then stripped one of the lug studs when removing the nut, and the others about half way, they then said they couldn’t change it, and then after another half hour said the car was ready to go, after I got off of work and had a look at the car to see why they couldn’t perform the work, I realize they left my wife’s car with the lug nuts loose and one missing completely. This is absolutely unacceptable and this auto center should not be allowed to operate if this is how they operate on a very simple 30 minute procedure which they also charged her for but did not perform .oh and the new tire was not even balanced! How sad. Avoid this location for your own safety. They will get you killed or destroy your vehicle.
