I started the day with a huge one in one of my tires, showed up at the location 30 minutes before opening time, and the employees willingly took my SUV in to repair the tire. The competitor across the street told me 2 hours!

Had an appointment to swap out a TMPS sensor. Called and spoke to staff telling them I already purchased the part and told no problem. It will be about 20 dollars. Even receiving another confirmation call the night before and confirmed what I needed done. Go in 10 mins before my appointment and am told by employee that they can’t do it. I need to purchase one through them for liability issues for over a 100 dollars. Just went east a few feet to St.Lucie Battery & Tire and they said no problem.

I would recommend this location to anyone. I was having problems with my AC cooling. They found the issues, the leaks in the values and and a lower location on AC unit in my car. Thankfully its chilling now. They went above expectations, not only fixing car but gave me a ride home while it was being fixed since i had no other way. Thank you so much for your help.

Im redo-ing my review due to finding damage on the driver side rear wheel. I had taken my vehicle to replace two rear tires and noticed the next day that the outer lip was scratched. What i can say at least is the front desk receptionists were super nice and caring and kept me informed but the fact is I paid to have this job done correctly and am incredibly disappointed with my wheel

I initially came into Tire Kingdom for an Oil change but I left feeling a lot more confident and safe in my vehicle. As I was getting my Oil change Neil had pointed out a few things with my vehicle that raises cause for concern. He notified me that my two back tires were dry rotting and he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive towards this. He even brought me out into the shop to see it for myself. He also made it a habit to constantly check in with me and delivered exceptional customer service. The whole team here has treated me super well and I most definitely will be coming back!

Highly recommend this location for your next service. I came in on short notice in need of an alignment and they got me in quickly. I shopped around and their price was also the best in the area. Neil was my advisor and he got me taken care of much quicker than I anticipated. Waiting room is comfortable as well if you plan on waiting on location.

I am very particular whenever it comes to mechanics and maintenance. I would definitely recommend this shop. Marcus took great care of my car. He gave me a full service, with a tire rotation and wheel alignment and balancing. I’ve been to plenty of shops that would say they did it but would never actually rotate the tires. I leave marks on it to double check. Everything went smoothly. He pointed out things that he would recommend and gave me an affordable maintenance plan. He wasn’t pushy but was very patient and informative. Definitely the best mechanic on site. 10/10 would definitely service my car here again!!

My first experience with Tire Kingdom was last month when I needed 1 tire quite badly. Fernando was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I called to inquire. He was able to get me scheduled for a new tire at a reasonable price. He was friendly from start to finish. Knowing that I was really there for the one tire that day, he did mention that my other rear tire really should get replaced sooner than later and suggested getting the car back in next month. Fernando said that he has the same tire in stock and would be able to get it taken care of when I was ready. Fast forward to today, I was able ro get in for that new rear tire which was indeed the same price, same fantastic friendly and knowledgeable service from Fernando and I could not be more pleased! Carlos was also in today and both he and Fernando were fantastic and helpful!!

this really bothered me hence the review. I have been buying my tires from this shop for many years. I got a nail in center of my tire last night and went to shop at 550. They were all sitting around waiting until 6pm closing. I showed them the nail and asked if they could fix it, this literally takes 10 minutes max. They told me they had long day so couldn't do it. Great customer service right? It gets better, so i had to leave the car at shop overnight. I received a call around 830 this morning explaining I had a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired and needed a new tire- I told them I showed THEM the nail last night and it was the center of the tire and YES I simple plug could fix it. The gentleman said that is what they told him. I told him go back as yes I was questioning their integrity. 10 minutes later I received a call saying they could suddenly fix it. so, I think they were trying to make a quick sale and to someone who might not know about nails and tire plugs the $30 would have cost $200 or more- I hope this lets people know to pay attention and ask questions- as far as tire kingdom, my next set of tires will be bought from someplace else and any other auto needs- if you cant trust the vendor then they are worth nothing
