I got into my very first accident and had absolutely no idea what to do or what would happen. My fiancés family recommended I go talk to Teddy at his shop and after hearing from Teddy that my car is able to be saved he told me exactly what information to get him and he could take care of the rest. A bonus is that Teddy knew the adjuster that came to check my car and was able to assure me that I was in good hands. I’ll admit the day of the accident I was shaken up and quite miserable so I wasn’t the most conversational person to be around but Teddy still cracked jokes and made an effort to ease my worries and I left his shop feeling much much better. He gave us an update anytime I called for one and was honest about the process the whole way through. Teddy made my car look perfectly untouched and intact. I don’t have any pictures of the finished product but my car looks perfect. I cannot thank Teddy and his team enough for taking care of me after a very scary event.

Very hard to find there's no name out on the black screen. It wraps around his business even with the address and everything it was still complicated to find. Other than that, it sound like a reasonable price for what I need done to my SUV. We'll see if there might be somebody else out there that do the same job I'm looking for for a better price. Got to shop around. God bless

I needed my driver side rear view mirror repaired. I brought it to Big Dawg right away because I saw they had many positive reviews. The part was ordered that day, came in a few days later, with excellent communication of its delivery time. Got it repaired the same day the part came in and drove it out looking brand new. EDIT Response: Regarding your reply—I’m glad viewers can see how unprofessional you are by the way—The officer did not take your side at all. There was no correspondence you could or can show proving what you claim you said (because it doesn’t exist) and getting your employee to lie on your behalf is no proof either. Meanwhile I actually have evidence of your lies in writing. Keep running your fraudulent scheme, I can see why you’re not getting much business. We refused to work with you after you tried to throw fake and inflated figures to take advantage of me, perhaps because I’m a woman, and I wasn’t buying it. Then out of spite you threw a tantrum and all of sudden went back on your word. And still you were BEGGING for us to go with you even after showing your true colors. It’s actually shameless and pitiful. Hopefully future customers can be warned to stay away from you b/c it’s clear how unethical and unhinged you are and how many people you’ve already tried to screw over in the past. First Review: They’re FRAUDULENT. Stay far away from this company! Owner tried to steal my vehicle and the cops had to get involved. They’ll lure you into bringing your vehicle over “for free” to check it out and give an estimate. And when you refuse their services, they stack all these fees on you and refuse to give you your vehicle until you pay them money that was never discussed. Make sure any conversation you have with the manager or any employee is in WRITING. Or else they will go against their word and shamelessly LIE about any agreements you previously had and make up random policies and conversations that actually never happened. Be wary of any company they try to get you to work with too. This company is filled with complete SCAMMERS! I see how they get their money now. I wish I read their low ratings/ 1 star reviews before engaging with them and falling for their ploy

Teddy was absolutely incredible. I had a dent where the metal was stretched and I had no choice but to go to a body shop. I can't even notice the difference between new and repaired. On top of that I needed a new oil pan because it was leaking and him and his team were able to do that as well. I was having problem after problem getting my car trunk situated so I tried to get a spoiler molded and they were taking way too long! This shop fixed my problem after asking multiple people to fix my trunks and they did it in two days! It looks like it’s from the factory and it even looks brand new! This shop is amazing. AGAIN! They save the day and fix my broken bumper! Full repaint and will give extra services to GOOD CUSTOMERS! Ted and the team are the BEST in town. No doubts about it. Even readjusted my headlights. These guys should have 5 stars

Answer to owners response: No one mentioned that. You were our second opinion as we already received a quote from somewhere else and we obviously want to repair the car as it’s my mother’s only form of transportation. I don’t know where your mindset is to think it’s ok to make assumptions and lie to make yourself look good. Lying won’t hide away the terrible business you are trying to push to up sell mediocre services. IF YOU ARE WANTING TO GET SERVICES HERE . Please read the other reviews. This business has a consistency of lying, non accountability, and terrible service. I’m sure the good reviews here are people that probably got upcharged and didn’t even realize it to be honest. If you’re wanting to come here DONT. This shop wanted to charge my mom $100 more for another quote because of the mistake they made on her initial quote. The mistake? They put the wrong name in the quote after being told multiple times the correct name that should be on the quote. Their response? Not our fault, that’s insurance fraud (she wanted to get a quote because of an insurance claim) even though the mistake was done on their end. Conclusion: If they can’t do basic admin work and own up to their mistake then I think that should summarize how easy they are willing to make a QUICK BUCK and the type of work they do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because according to them they “got 5 or 6 things better to do” in which I think it would be best to give them more free time since it seems like they need it. Moral of the story: IF THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK FOR MESSING UP A NAME ON A QUOTE THEN I CAN’T IMAGINE HOW DESPERATE THEY MUST BE TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK IN ORHER SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. To owner: May you be blessed with all the free time you expressed you needed for your 5 to 6 things you had better to do.
