I found my go to auto repair shop! I needed an oil change so I decided to try KB instead of going to a dealership I am glad I did! Michael was very helpful and made me feel like I was family. The most honest and helpful mechanic I’ve ever been to. This place is great. My car broke down and fortunately KB Complete Auto Repair was nearby. Mike stopped what he was doing to help me troubleshoot possible issues and found a solution that didn’t cost me a single penny. I was impressed with how much he knew about the problem I was dealing with. I’ve never met a mechanic that was so helpful. He spent time troubleshooting because he genuinely cared to resolve my issue. Because of this, I will only bring my vehicle to him in the future. Mike is a great guy and I highly recommend KB Complete Auto Repair.

Asked to perform a diagnostic and get the car to where it can drive. Went to pick up the car and after I signed the paperwork (and paid over $2000) I was informed it needed a new battery and would die once I turned off the car. The car died less than 1 minute of leaving the lot in the middle of the street. Was refused a refund. Do not recommend.

My experience at this repair facility was horrible. They charged me over 300 dollars to reinstall my lower radiator hose stating they did all sorts of system diagnostics and testing. I didn't get 4 miles from here when my car began to overheat and was towed back in. When I picked it up the 2nd time, I drove an hour and a half home to find the left my engine cover shield loose and it was damaged beyond repair. I paid another shop to repair this shops repair work. Be forwarned, they're not any good at auto repair in my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place and the owner (Michael is a complete joke and a scammer). He has had my friends Ram for almost 3 months now and it's still not fixed. Think about that. He's not an honest person nor is he reliable. Do not take your vehicle to him! Just a follow up on this total disaster we have been dealing with here... We were told yet again that the truck was ready to be picked up so we drove down and got it. Was guaranteed that the truck was ready this time. Well it wasn't! On the shoulder of I-95 N yet again. We got help from the road rangers and made it off the interstate. Called Michael yet again and he said he doesn't understand why we were broke down and said "did y'all do something" in which my best friend said "you have had my truck over 3 months now so how did I do something"? So of course he doesn't come get the truck so we had to pay for another wrecker fee(3rd time and over $1000 total). My friend has been not able to work because of this(well he has been severely limited on what he can do) and is just bleeding money at this point. But hey Michael told him to "Have a Stiff Drink and it will be ok", yeah he said that to my friend after all this mess! I can't stress enough that CarMax sent the truck there only because we took the truck to a shop near Orlando and had the rear end fluid changed and when we were there they told us that we may better take it to CarMax because they found metal shavings in the old fluid so that's what we did. CarMax sent us there to have the rear end checked. First call from this shop after was "the truck engine had 9 codes pop up and was messed up from top to bottom and front to back" and we said why are you even messing with the motor when you are supposed to be checking the rear end. We were told that he had to "start from the front and work his way back". What a joke. After picking it up the first time he told my friend that he needed all the fluids needed changed and there were shavings in the fluid... Are you kidding me? That's why CarMax sent it to begin with! Bug get this, after saying that he said that CarMax didn't cover that and wanted my friend to pay an additional $1800 for this. Well if it wasn't covered by CarMax then why would they send it to him to begin with? Total NIGHTMARE!!
