After getting a few estimates, I found this gem of an auto collision shop. I had a deep dent and scratches on the back right side of my Honda HRV. Prior to receiving the insurance payment, the service provider consistently followed up with me. However, after receiving the payment, they became unresponsive and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I sought updates. I had to visit their premises in person. Although my vehicle was nearly completed, except for a trunk component that had not arrived, they informed me that I could collect my car and they would notify me when the part arrived. They estimated a two-week wait, but it has now been three months, and despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I have received no callbacks or updates. I am extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Once they received payment, they failed to provide any further updates or information ! I STILL NEED THE MISSING PIECE OF MY TRUCK and I will be coming with a lawyer!
