I called on a Monday evening to try to get my car in as my lights in my car were flickering. Tom told me that I could drop it off and he would get to it when he could. I completely understood as I did not have an appointment. By end of the day Tuesday, I had an update on the status of my car. They had everything done by Wednesday. I was so glad they fit me in. They were open and honest in telling me what their schedule was like and when I could expect my car to be done. I even pushed my luck with asking for an oil change while it was there. They did it, even though they were swamped! I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is so hard to find an honest, reliable mechanic. This place will have my business for life.

Tom helped me with my car today- it stopped working while I was driving; I was stressed. I called him and he answered right away, listened to my story and asked good questions, and he was at my house within an hour. He did a great job with my car, and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I needed some things explained as I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, and he answered all my questions. My car is happy again and I’m not going to go to anyone besides him from now on. I highly recommend this great mechanic!

My car has been having trouble for quite some time now, after going through 3 mechanics who were trying to charge outrageous prices and not making any sense as to what the issue was, Cirafisi made it quick and easy and my car hasn’t driven how it does now in months! This is the second inspection/repair I've gotten done at Cirafisi Auto Repair and I have never been happier! I have spent years being ripped off by several different mechanics and shops and it feels so good to know I finally have one I know and trust. Tom is always friendly and accommodating to my needs when it comes to scheduling and getting my car taken care of. He cares about quality and economical pricing as well as making sure that the customer is happy! He is phenomenal at explaining what is going on with your car in a way so that people (like me who don't know much about cars) can really understand what exactly is going on and why it needs repair. Extremely happy with Cirafisi Mobile Auto Repair, On the way home from work my shifter cable in my truck broke and I couldn't move my truck, I called Tom and asked if he would be able to do the repair, he got the information on my truck picked up the part at the Auto Parts store and was at my location in no time. Tom was able to repair the cable in very little time, I was very pleased with the work ethic, how prompt he is and his ability to go above and beyond for customers. By far the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic, he is a man of his word his work is better than all these overpriced professional shops around. I would recommend him to anyone in need of any mechanical needs he is the man you're looking for. He rebuilt my front end on my suburban went above and beyond with the work. I've been having issues with my transmission and a coolant leak for a couple of months. The original transmission shop I brought my car too quoted me a very high price to replace the transmission control module. Tom was able to replace the transmission control module and fix the coolant leak for a significantly better price than what the shop wanted just to replace the module. He was also very communicative and seemed honest through out the process. In my experience, this is rare for mechanics in this area. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Tom's service and will recommend him to all my friends in the future.

I’ve known Tom Cirafisi for a while through the community — he’s just one of those genuinely good guys who’s always helping out, volunteering around the local little league, and bringing that same energy to his business. I’ve used Cirafisi Mobile Auto Repair a few different times now for several vehicles and every job, big or small, has been above and beyond what I expected. Tom’s professional, courteous, and clearly invested in doing right by his customers — but he’s also just easy to get along with, which makes the whole experience that much better. I found Cirafisi Mobile Auto Repair on Google. I called him and he gave me a quote for what I needed in a few minutes. Price was right, I agreed and he was at my house within 1.5 hours. I already had the part that was needed, due to me thinking I was going to do it myself. I am very happy I found Tom. Great guy, family man, with a nice set up in his trailer. A couple hours and he was done. Something that would have probably taking me the whole day to complete. Amazing experience! Tom came to my house to diagnose an AC and engine oil leak issue. I had gone to another shop previously that couldn’t find an oil leak issue which seemed suspicious given the amount of oil leaking, and Tom was able to find the oil leak issue and confirm the same AC issue (compressor) as the other shop. He gave a better price than the other shop too. Great scheduling as well, was able to fix all issues that same week before a doctor we had that afternoon. Would recommend to everyone I know.
