I had a front bumper removed, refinished, and repainted several months ago. The quality of the refinish was good but my car is white and the new paint in the bumper is yellowish and does not match. It stands out. I’ve been asked several times now, by strangers, as to why my bumper is a different color and honestly it’s embarrassing, especially considering the fact that I have a nice car.

Awesome, friendly shop. They did excellent work on my van. Reasonable pricing and I didn't have to wait a month to get my car back. Absolutely no complaints! Update: there was an issue with the bumper. I was told they would fix it. It's now July and it's still not fixed. They never provided me with a full invoice so that I could see what they actually did to the vehicle and are not responding to any of my calls or emails. Poor customer service!

The handling of the claim along with another claim situation a year ago Jeff was amazing I must say . HOWEVER………. I took my 1993 nsx there after a side impact . I knew the parts were hard to obtain due to the rarity of the car itself . I offered help to obtain the parts . They insisted they’d take care of it . I said well ok cool. So after a month or so I called a place that Wayne’s “ supposedly “ ordered a part from , and it was to be “on its way “. A place that carried hard to find “SPOON” side scoops . They also told me they made ALL SORTS OF CALLS AND WERE AWAITING CORRESPONDENCE FROM VENDORS . YEAH RIGHT . The guy at spoon assured me that the only scoops ordered were the ones I ordered a year prior . So this started my investigation to find absolutely NOTHING had been done to fix my car . So I made all the calls to find the parts and relayed the whereabouts of them to Wayne’s. 8 months later the cars supposedly finished . I took the nsx to Acura because they had no way of aligning the car because it sits super low ( ok I get it) . My tech I’ve know for years showed me where the Newley replace rear control arm was literally lose and was moving around . I had to take the car back to have the Pilar’s repainted - hood and bumper repainted - window molding re packed after a crazy amount of wind noise was detected . The rear center tail Light was falling off . They never painted the windshield wiper arms like they said they would ( pains extra for ) .there was over spray in the jams . They put the bumper and hood separator moldings in upside down where the drain holes are on the top . The side scoop vent is matte black instead of the car Color( Berlina. Black ) like the passages side . The gas lid wouldn’t open ( they now fixed ) and the paint is now crinkling.compound in areas I can’t get to ( WHITE COMPOUND ON A BLACK CAR at that ) The drivers side window carbon fiber switch plate ($400.00)I had to have fixed at acura because they neglected to fix that after I mentioned numerous times .( afraid they’ed forget ) Keep in mind this is a $100,000.00 car . They neglected to tell me after they had my car apart that they had never worked with an nsx all aluminum panel car ( I would have never had them touch it) . NOW Chip did an excellent job fixing the door and quarter , but the paint and finish is the worst I’ve ever seen . I noticed the light in the shop was out and pointed it out to chip .” Hey how can you get a good observation of your work with this light out chip”? Yea I know we need to replace it .. he says . So I BEGGED him to please take it out in the natural light being a black car to make sure the car is done right . So i didnt have to come back ANOTHER time , wellllllllllllll . There’s are numerous flaws . I went back to speak to the owner Wayne Sr after I was out of this world exhausted and frustrated he said he would of turned the car away and that when he saw the car there he called his sons and crew crazy , and he trivialized my concerns and stated he can’t make me happy . His son also stated a year prior he’d de panel and paint my entire car for $10,000 and had my car there a month and never touched it , till I realized he under underestimated the job ( didn’t think I’d jump to say yes) and lied to me and said his dads away and HE personally wants to paint my car , when in fact his dad told me verbatim during a spiteful conversation he told his son he wouldn’t touch the car and laughed at me . It’s a Shame. I REALLY thought highly of the two sons . They’re good kids , just not transparent.at least not enough for me . I actually feel bad leaving this review, but …. I’m stuck having to pay money to fix their negligence, and my main issue NOW is the father and the example he sets .. I guess in business there’s a point you get tired of seeing the dissatisfied customer, even if your the one responsible for making them dissatisfied. Maybe y’all will have a better experience. , it’s a small town, and when I DO speak others tend to listen because I choose my battles , and this is a valid one .

I went over to have my rear view mirror examined because I bent it in a tight parking garage. Dealer wants a ton to replace it. Jeff at Wayne’s Collision Center tried to fix it and managed to get the outer cover back on so at least it looks better. But he advised that the dealer is right that I need a whole new unit. He wouldn’t take any payment despite spending a good 15 minutes on it. Everyone there is nice and clearly honest. I’ll be back there whenever I need work done!!!

My son hit the yellow pole at the gas station and caused some damage to his front driver door and back door. I added some before and after photos. If your looking for beyond exceptional service and work Wayne’s Auto Collision Center is where you need to go. My sons truck is his prize possession but the turn around time was quick and they made our first insurance claim experience super easy as they walked us through it. I went in to Waynes to get an estimate for a dent in my fender on the passenger side door. Upon getting there, a young man asked if I needed am estimate but I got so much more. They were able to get someone to pop out the fender in less than 10 minutes. And because it was such a "small job" (their words not mine), they didnt charge me a penny! Great service. I would 100% recommend!
