I've had my '99 Silverado serviced here twice, once to get all of my break lines replaced along with the master cylinder, and most recently, my water pump was shot. Replaced my U joints while they were at it. Reasonable, fair prices and friendly staff. I'll be back when the next thing breaks

Rick and his staff continue to provide excellent customer care! I have been using their services for a couple of years now and have had only positive experiences there. Recently I was getting on the road for a ten hour trip to take a relative home. We heard a noise the evening before and found a screw in the left rear tire. I called first thing the next day explaining to Rick that the car was fully loaded for a road trip that day. We took the car over and Rick took it back right away and had it fixed. We were on our way in less than 20 minutes. He and his crew always go above and beyond! Would not go anywhere else.

Once American Tire came through! Got me in on the day and time I wanted, they did general maintenance and mounted and balanced two tires, in and out in an hour, Rick prepared my paperwork and quickly and Paul updated me throughout the process, Stanly my preferred tech did a great job as always! We got two nails in two tires on our way out of town. We stopped off the turnpike at American Tire and we were so glad we ended up there (opposed to all the auto places in the area)! They were able to patch both tires in 10 minutes and send us on our way. Friendly, great service!! Highly recommend.

This tire business is AMAZING. Customer service is the best in town. I came in with a almost totally flat tire and needed to get to a dentist appointment ASAP. I explained my urgency to Paul in the tire office and with the speed of lightning he gave me the best tire price and had the guys working on my flat within 8 minutes. The workers had me out the door within 23 minutes total. The service was friendly quick and affordable...plus they also found themselves a lifetime customer. Absolutely recommend👍🇺🇸

Honest! When a "mobile" mechanic charged us for repairing an A/C issue with no results, a 2nd shop made an appt for me to show up to find out they didn't even have a state licensed mechanic on duty doing repairs(st lucie tire) I took my car here. Within a few hours I had a diagnosis and repair. Picked up my car and had amazing cold air!!! Almost a year later my A/C went out again. I took it back to see what when wrong this time. After recharging with refrigerant a week later we were able to detect the leak. The part replaced previously failed. While still under the 12 month warranty I was over the miles by a little bit. They still replaced the part at no charge !!!! Communication was excellent and repairs were made quickly. During the 2nd repair I showed up a little early to pick up the car. They were finishing up knowing I had a work video call to be on. They offered me a private office to take the call!!! They understand their customers have things going on and will do anything to accompany. Thank you for your honest work!!!!!

I purchased a low-profile tire from this shop in August, and less than two months later, I had a blowout on I-95. The nearest shop where I had to replace it told me it was a clear tire defect and advised me to return it to the original shop. When I went back today, I was extremely disappointed in how the owner handled the situation. There was no empathy, no willingness to help, and no offer of a discount or even to properly complete a claims form. I expected better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this shop to others.
