Found out about Family Auto from a friend of mine and I’m so glad I did. Eduard and Annie run an awesome business and they really care about their customers. I had been here for some minor AC work the first time and Eduard came right out and greeted me and took a look at my car and offered to perform an AC leak search and servicing. Very efficient and did good work at a fair price. This last time I went for a rear main seal which is a big job to say the least. Eduard gave the car a detailed look over and verified the rear main seal was the culprit and explained everything to me and how he would repair it. Upon picking up my car, he showed me before and after pictures he took of the repair job. While this isn’t a cheap repair, his price compared to other shops in the area was extremely fair. Eduard is very honest and friendly and genuinely wants to help you. I’ve been to many repair shops over the years and can say hands down he’s the best. I would recommend him to anyone. Annie is also pleasure to deal with. She is friendly and gets back to you promptly with quotes and scheduling. This is a top notch business and as long as I live in PSL Eduard is my go to mechanic.

Great place. Honest and fast work! I took my Grand Caravan there because I was recommended for their great work and ethics. I had been previously overcharged for the same kind of work I was doing there and the previous place didn't even offered a high quality product, in this case, ceramic brake pads. They did a great job and even with a simple talk he knew how to quick test a steering wheel problem and fixed it without extra cost.

Came in with a busted car from a car crash and they did great. Really professional to show me the new car parts before they installed them. Spoke very nicely and communicated with me at every step. Let me know when they were talking with my insurance. And finally not only did fix up my car that it was like brand new, they finished several days earlier than expected. I didn't even need to rent a car. To sum up my experience, great shop, would recommend to a friend, five stars.

I just want to start by saying that last year I spent $3009.49 in this place. The upsetting part is that most of it was trying to repair the A/C in my work vehicle, after several attempts and pretty much replacing everything rerated to the ac in the vehicle, there was no success and my ac is still not working. It has been a year dealing with this situation and 3 weeks ago I contacted them and express my dissatisfaction in regards to the situation and they told me that they were going to fix in One Week, than they told me Two Week and than they called and said that they were waiting on part and at this point I am not going to spend a dime in this place anymore and you shouldn't either. I DON'T THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOINHG. Solo quiero comenzar diciendo que el año pasado gasté $ 3009.49 en este lugar. La parte molesta es que la mayor parte estaba tratando de reparar el A / C en mi vehículo de trabajo, después de varios intentos y reemplazando prácticamente todo lo relacionado con el sistema de aire acondicionado en el vehículo, no hubo éxito y mi aire todavía no funciona. Ha pasado un año lidiando con esta situación y hace 3 semanas los contacté y les expresé mi insatisfacción con respecto a la situación y me dijeron que iban a arreglarlo en una semana, de lo que me dijeron dos semanas y luego llamaron y dijo que estaban esperando por la parte y en este punto ya no voy a gastar un centavo mas en este lugar y ustedes tampoco deberían hacerlo. No creo que sepan lo que están haciendo.

If you want an honest mechanic this is your spot! I brought my Jeep to the dealer (I know I know) for an oil change and they told me the brakes needed to be done right away because if not they can fail and I could die. Well, I called Family Auto because there was no way I was paying dealership prices for brakes. Not only was it a significant price difference they also told me it was not needed right now and I had at least another 5k miles. I don’t drive long distances so that is a significant amount of time for me! Thank you for the honestly and kindness and I’ll see you for the next oil change and brakes.
