My girl went here today for a way over due oil change (like 5,000 miles over) 😳 they couldn’t get her in because of all the appointments, till Thursday or Friday. Instead said they would check the oil and top her off if needed. It needed like 4 quarts of oil!!!😱 then didn’t charge her a penny. Yes, she’s beautiful but most businesses don’t do anything for free. Seriously blown away by the service and generosity of the staff. Made some customers for life with that gesture and kindness. Thank you 🙏

LIES ABOUT SERVICE DONE, got an oil change and they said comes with complimentary tire rotation which was not done! Terrible customer service. Will say any amount of time they think you want to hear just to get you to do the oil change. ZERO TRANSPARENCY! Waited 4 hours for an oil change that could’ve been done in well under an hour. No discount no apology and no accountability. Would suggest this place to NO ONE. Go literally anywhere else and save yourself the headache and wasted day sitting in their lobby. Beyond an awful experience.

I had a 4PM appointment and the work was started at 4PM. I had a piece of metal in a tire. The gentleman worked on the tire and removed the foreign object. There was no leak and the object was not deep into the tire. I went to the front desk to pay my bill. The bill was zero dollars. I asked them why no charge. They told me it was just an evaluation and no actual repair was completed. I was surprised and delighted. A very honest company. I did give the repair man a tip for his evaluation. This is the business to go to if you have a problem with your automobile.

I really enjoy taking all my cars here for an oil change as opposed to where I had been going. I like making an appointment, showing up and getting it done right away. They are all nice and professional. I like how they alway suggest things that need to be done and why and how they give you the estimate on the receipt. Let's you know in advance how much a visit will cost.

Usually have very good service at this place, This time not so. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Drove truck home, Park in driveway, come out about an hour later to see this. I have oil all over my driveway and all on the underside of my truck. Sloppy work for paying $100.00. sloppy work for any price. Give me a coupon for free oil change I'm happy

They are always fair and honest to deal with. They are quickly able to handle and assist when life throws a curveball. I previously had an unexpected blowout on a vehicle with oversized custom wheels and tires. They were the only place that had the tire in their warehouse and was able to get it sent out to their shop and installed same day. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. First of all I had no appointment, i was a walk in and I dropped off my vehicle with Harvey. I brought in my own new tires for install as well as new tpms sensors. I came in for the tires to be replaced with new tpms sensors as well as an alignment. I myself am an A.S.E. Master Technician but I'm a field technician, I don't have the luxury of shop equipment readily available to me to do my own work so I do have to rely on other shops to do certain services to my vehicles. I am very particular about my alignments and I had made special request as to how the alignment was performed. The technician Rod did the alignment exactly how I had requested, not just a "green is good" alignment. They also programmed my new tpms sensors. I was planning on doing it myself, but I was pleasantly surprised when I jumped in the car and the tpms light was off. I was called and picked up the car a few hours later, I figured it would have been next day without an appointment. I am very pleased with the service I had received here and will definitely return! Great work! Thank you!

Really great experience. I was emailed immediately after putting my info in online to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. Booked it all over email for a smooth process. Came out to $86 for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation which I believe is a fair and good price. My car felt great afterwards, I could definitely tell the difference. Not really happy with the results. I took my 1963 T-Bird in after being told they could do a front end alignment. However, after bringing it in I was told that I needed to replace inner tie rods and centerline, etc. Duh! It's an old car, you lube up the tie rods ends and tighten the center link, etc. Bottom line they wouldn't do the alignment and said they would have trouble finding the parts. Time lost...only good thing, they were polite and didn't charge me for their inspection.i came home and lubed up tie rods and tighten up center link.

Excellent place to have your oil changed no matter what vehicle you have they do a really good job and they do not overcharge you. Pricing is absolutely phenomenal comparison taken it to your dealership. I’m very happy and pleased every single time I come here both my husband and I have our service done here Leona Denali, and a Land Rover Defender. It’s so much cheaper to have our service done here and it does register with Carfax so we can keep our warranties on our vehicles. Customer service is excellent. We can’t thank them enough.

We have consistently had positive experiences with St. Lucie Battery & Tire on Gatlin Boulevard for all of our vehicles, but our most recent visit truly stood out. We brought our Nissan NV3500 in for brakes and an oil change, which also includes a tire rotation. During the service, the team discovered that all four wheels had seized lug nuts that were extremely difficult to remove—something we were completely unaware of. I was contacted right away, the situation was clearly explained, and I was reassured they would do everything possible to complete the service properly. They ended up cutting off all 32 lug nuts and arranged for a full replacement set to be delivered the same day. Despite the added challenge, everything was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Harvey, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly, which really made an impression. This is a shop we trust and will continue to use. Highly recommend.
