Worst experience ever. Came in with a check engine light.. needed camshaft sensor. Can we be replaced on my 13 wrangler. They charge me $5600 and rebuilt my motor motor.. my vehicle was in the shop for two weeks, first, they stated $875 for repair, then they said $1600, then it went up to $3500 and he said it was internal, I went to go pick up the Jeep. They had a bill for me for $5618. I give them No authority to rebuild my engine. Only had 100,000 miles on the car.. I literally drove the vehicle there. I asked to talk to the owner Tony, but they gave me the manager instead, I repeated where is my parts that you removed out of my truck. They stated be disposed of all of it.. my truck is not fixed yet. Still have a check engine light.. to anybody who is reading this do not use all roads truck repair. They are not experienced at all. Video to show.

The amateur quality of work done here on our brand new jeep hitch wiring was ridiculous. It never worked right. Took the taillights out and checked everything today and they used these cheap plastic wire taps into my factory harness which voided my warranty if I had any issues. Never covered any of the taps allowing for moisture to get in the wires. I fixed it myself it took 20 minutes to do it right. Avoid this place at all costs! If I could leave ZERO stars I would!

Omg, where do I start! Thank goodness I found Tony and his gang! They are all top notch, from the office to the shop, and everywhere in between! I had some serious repairs that needed to be done and Tony personally walked me through each one keeping my budget and safety in mind the whole time. They followed up with me after the repairs to make sure all was well. When I had issues on the road, Tony offered to come pick up my Jeep w his trailer! Who does that? ALL ROADS TRUCK AND AUTO REPAIR, that’s who!!! My go to shop for all our truck and auto repair needs!

I can’t say enough about the incredible job All Roads Truck and Auto Repair did on my 1972 Chevelle. Bernie, Dom, and the entire All Roads crew brought my classic build to life with attention to detail and true craftsmanship. From start to finish, they treated my car like it was their own, and the end result blew me away. Thank you to the whole team for making my vision a reality — you’ve earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend All Roads to anyone looking for top-notch restoration work! Ask for Bernie 👍🏾

The Guys at All Roads have always treated me right and they've worked on two of my Jeeps and two of my Ford trucks. They provide excellent feedback from start to finish so you know what services are needed and what were done before anything is done. Great work guys and I'm sure you'll continue to be the go-to guys for the truck community.

walked in with a 10k budget, left spending about 37k on a 1998 Jeep in 1 year at his shop. I will admit that I am an idiot and kept giving him the benefit of the doubt because I did not want to believe that this was a bad shop. Tony will tell you to bring your vehicles back so he can make it right, you will leave with the issues not fixed, new issues AND a new bill to pay. I have countless issues with most of the work that has been done. Everything from them popping holes in my gas tank (and then trying to blame me on taking it wheeling…the jeep hasn’t been wheeling since 2001…), peeling paint on a new paint job (which I brought back to be fixed, after it sitting there for 4 days I pick it up to be told to bring it back again because they didn’t touch it..), putting in used parts and charging me for new parts, not knowing how to do alignments – then when my wheels go bad after 2000 miles he is telling me it was the alignment THEY did and refuses to simple replace the 2 wheels (after MONTHS I convinced him to replace ONE of them… which he then charged me to mount and balance.. LOL) Brought my brand new 2024 Jeep in for new wheels and bigger tires - it has not driven straight since doing so. Between both of my Jeeps I have spent over 43k at this shop in the past YEAR. Again… my fault - I will admit that I am an idiot and kept giving him the benefit of the doubt because I did not want to believe that this was a bad shop. Has the audacity to continue using my Jeep as an advertisement on social media. Unreal.

My car door got stuck while I was driving down a ramp. I went to the shop and they took great care of me. They fixed the problem right away, and since it was a simple and quick service, they didn’t even charge me. I highly recommend this company!

I purchased a transmission from All Roads in February 2025, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The first transmission blew up the very next day. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the manufacturer. After waiting a month, they installed another one, which lasted only two days before failing again. By late August, they assured me the problem was finally fixed, but that transmission didn’t even last an hour before it blew up as well. I’ve been without my truck since January, and what concerns me even more is the additional issues caused during their work. My shifter was lined up correctly before bringing it to All Roads, but now the gear indicator doesn’t even line up with park or drive, and it doesn’t fully engage. When I explained this to Tony and Kelsey, they dismissed it as “no issue” — despite the fact that four transmissions have already failed under their watch. At this point, I don’t know if they will ever refund me or actually fix the problem, but I’ve already waited over 6 months with nothing but frustration and wasted time. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting All Roads with their vehicle.

I enjoy off-roading and playing in the mud. After each excursion, I take my rig in for a Post-Trail Inspection to the shop. All Roads keeps my vehicle in the best condition possible. So far, they have painted my accents, had my sound system upgraded, windows tinted, and lifted my rig and got me up on 37s. The service is excellent, turn around is fast, and the staff is patient and knowledgeable. With options to finance and work backed by warranties, I am a happy and return customer.

I am really impressed with the team at All Roads. They just put on my 35x12.5"s, with a 3.5" lift, and 2" spacers. I just completed a 1200 mile trip, and it was completely enjoyable; no wobble, and tracked super straight, even in gusty wind at 75 mph. Thanks for your service.

Have been using All Roads for our Jeep since we moved from Boston to PSL in 2023. Staff is very knowledgeable; prices are reasonable and work is done in a reasonable time. They let you know what the problem is and give a quote to fix. Had hood latch and thermostat repair, alternator replacement and lastly AC repair. Have been very satisfied.

I don’t even wanna give one star I wanna give negative stars. I took my jeep there. They wouldn’t give me an alignment because they said the sway bar rod and the linkage was bad.. so he took it to another place to get the alignment no problems and they said nothing was wrong with the jeep sooo we then said let’s give them another try we take our Dodge ram for an oil change and they said there was an oil leak. We just left took it somewhere else again no oil leak no problems whatsoever. I think these people make up issues on purpose. They need to be reported and it’s gonna happen. How about that?

Took my Tahoe there several times for emissions issues. They were upfront in what work was needed and included firm price, they guaranteed thier work and diagnostics. Still had a reoccurring issue but they honored their warranty and worked on truck for free including parts. The issue was in the truck not their work. They even offered to provide me with a ride home if I needed while truck was being worked on. Honorable people knowledgeable mechanics, where a handshake still means something like it used to be in south Florida.

Bought my Jeep last October, went and spoke with Tony about rims and tires. Originally I was going to go with 33” tires and no lift and at a later date do the lift and 35” tires. Last week I decided to start the process and went to see Tony again. After discussing my plan I decided to bite the bullet and do the lift with 35” tires now. Took my Jeep in on Monday and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Had to return Wednesday for the 5th wheel as one of the rims was damaged out of the box. I am very pleased with the work, experience and price. Everything was explained and all issues were brought to my attention in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone at “All Roads”. Highly recommend them for Jeep repairs and modifications.
