Lifesavers! My truck was making strange noises and I wanted to find out if it was safe to drive the 2 hours home. Two other places turned me away, but Joseph/Jason’s took me in and had a look at it and test drove ( all without an appointment) gabe me their prognosis and even did a quick fix on something that he noticed was cosmetically not ideal. He wasn’t even going to charge me but I insisted. Good people, knowledgeable, friendly, THANK YOU JASON’S!!!!

The owner of this place, Joe, have been my trusted mechanic since several years before he took over this place. He is very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I'm not very car savy, and I know mechanics have ripped me off in the past. Not this guy. I also appreciate that he explains so well what needs to be fixed immediately, and what can wait a few more months. His mechanics work under his supervision, and are well trained. Highly recommended!

Been coming here since 2020 for all my tune ups and repairs. I originally picked this shop because their prices were more competitive than other spots, but I ended sticking with them because of how trustworthy and helpful they are. Joe (the current owner), Tyler, and their team have always done great work on my car and have never over charged for labor nor parts. In fact, they're always trying to help you save money. Tyler has always kindly taken the time to explain different options and their associated costs, but never pressures you to make one choice or the other. As long as I'm in Oakland, they will be my trusted mechanics!

Very good, friendly car parts, info service, and search clerk. Explain simply that the parts ID seat no. and code were incorrect. That info was transmitted to the dealership and doubled checked, possibly other sensor issues. Fortunately, what was corrected prevented any more dash errors.🥵

Top notch, trustworthy, knowledgable, expert service. They don't try to upsell so-called fixes that you don't need. They diagnose the problem, and help you see the bigger picture, and offer options (do you want the car for another 2k miles, or 18k miles? is it for around town? or long trips?) I appreciate their professionalism and expert workmanship, especially because I only know a little bit about vehicle engines. They've worked on my 20-year-old car (analog everything), and my 3-year-old car (lots of electronics) both routine maintenance and specialized fixes -- and the result is always the same -- I drive away 100% satisfied.
