Just got a car wash from John today. This is my 3rd car wash. The first 2 car washes were great. The 3rd car wash not so much. I specifically ask John to clean the back of the driver/passenger seats. He never responded. By the time the car wash was done the seats still look dirty. He completely ignore my text but responded when I ask how much was the car wash. Customer service and respond time is very poor. Please do not use this company
