I went to the business and asked if they plugged tires, in which they replied yes. I asked how much they informed me it was 15 dollars and 5 dollars to check. I had no objection no one got up to assist or look at the vehicle. I told them the tire was on rim prior to my oil change and they told me maybe I did not put enough air.. it should be noted the car even gave a warning message the air was off. After sitting for 10 minutes with not one employee getting up I left. You try to support minority owned businesses but customer service is key. Why work at a tire shop if you don’t want to work.
