Called and asked about brands. I asked just to see if they carried one specific brand I was looking for. The guy said we do not carry them because they are junk. If you go to any other store including Crutchfieled many people seem to disagree with that "fact". He was quite rude and if this is how Jay's does business then I will be sure they do not get mine. Thanks for the information Jay's. I won't be seeing you guys anytime now or in the future.

In my opinion if you black stay away from jays I have spent good money with them now every time I go to get my music right. They want to charge a hell of a lot each time I go backbone time its this much and the next time it has went up.instead of working with me...its my opinion...so go to Texas if u just want a stero for 200 and then it goes up to almost 500 just my opinion but I want be going back this is my opinion

I had them install a car stereo and I wasn't happy with the result. I wanted to have them remove it and just install an AUX cable in my original stereo, but they said this couldn't be done, but then I did some research and realized that it can be done. Two of the people I talked to here were polite and cared that I was unhappy with the service, but another was rude to me about it and seemed annoyed that I brought it up.

They sold me a pair of $70 speakers for $100 then when I said I didn't like them they would not refund the money be careful go to them as a last resort usually Best buy has the stuff for are even crutchfield I will never go to them again

Jay's, overall, was a good experience. They installed the stereo that I had brought (brought my own installation kit too, as theirs was expensive). After installation my guages quit functioning properly. I asked if they had disconnected the battery negative first to which this moron of a salesman tries to tell me that my battery is located on the fender well and they couldn't reach it. The technician was able to fix my guages, but my battery is very accessable and located right behind the driver side headlight. And they threw away the box the stereo came in, so there goes my 60 day warranty.

Great guys who are willing to go the extra mile for their customers! My husband had a speakbox installed and it blew twice. When I took it back, they knew immediately what the issue was and fixed it right away while I was there. It took them no time at all, the system sounds better than it ever has AND the gentleman who helped me remembered that I had been looking for a specific set of rims for my own vehicle and let me know that they were now available. Thanks for making me look like the hero!

Cheaper price, excellent service very well recommended. I took off a star because he said he gave me everything I needed and I had to go buy electrical connectors to even put the speakers in the box, then my favorite part is he was a little off on the description on how to wire the converter to my factory radio which was a simple mistake. Im sure if I had let him install then I wouldve rated 5 stars. Won't go anywhere else.

Went into Jays to get some cables and walked out with door speakers, cables and installation. Still cheaper than everywhere else I had shopped. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and were able to dumb down a lot of stuff to help guide my build. I would definitely shop there again!

THE PRICE THEY GIVE YOU TO INSTALL SOME WORK WILL BE TOTALLY DIFFERENT ONCE THE WORK IS DONE!!! Went to get some speakers done the price was told to me was $80 installation once the work was done the price rose to $150 then the speakers wasn’t working properly. If you be honest and say let me check it out first you come and once we start working if I incur extra charges I will call you with a additional cost I would understand but they running business the wrong way.

I'm not giving the place any stars because they did a bad installation, they broke the plastics on my truck, which is a 2015 RAM 1500, and they didn't let me see what they did to my truck. Terrible service. They also left the stereo with two screws poorly attached, which caused my center console to break. Now I have to get a new one thanks to the bad installation. The truth is, they only broke essential things on my truck.

Told to be there at 8...finally finished around 11. Storms were horrible and didn't have a chance to inspect the installation before leaving. No return call from management as of yet. I've reserved this review for almost a month hoping to resolve in a better way. Fyi...headlights they installed work wonderfully.

I brought my 2015 Silverado w/ 54,000 miles that I bought new in 2015 for sum amp installation. I know my truck inside and out. After the install I was instructed to hop in driver seat. I never walked to the passenger side until a couple of weeks later because I don’t put hardly any miles on it. I opened the passenger door and saw my carpet is bunched up and cut with the padding sticking out and the rear area wasn’t under the sill plate. This is the side they ran wires on. My truck is like new inside and out. I was told they didn’t do it because they don’t loosen the seat bolts by a salesman who was not in the back watching them work on it that day. How would he know what or wasn’t done in the back by the installer. Who did it then?????? It was not like that when i got there to have work done. I waited for the install and wasn’t allowed to use the restroom at the place of business that provides a waiting area. One of the workers told me the owner doesn’t allow it not even for a customer waiting over 4 hours. What a joke this place is. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! My next call is to the BBB.
