HORRIBLE experience. Got two used tires and they cross threaded 2 lug nuts on my tires causing them to break off. They do not care about you or your car.

Best prices on tires in Lake Charles, flat-out. I showed up in the pouring rain, got 4 new 35x12.50xr20s and I didn't wait even 30 minutes to drive off. Guys were super nice, even put an extra jack under my truck just cause I was being picky. Go get you some tires here.

Edited to add since they wanna call me a fraud. I have RECEIPTS TO SHOW THE DAY I GOT THEM IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SEE. I GOT THEM THE FIFTH AND WENT BACK NOT TWO WEEKS LATER. A belt broke. And the words that came out that man’s mouth were you have 15 days. So how am I a fraud? Explain that one. It’s bad business especially as an owner to call someone a fraud when there are receipts to prove what I’m saying. Yall go a head go get a tire from someone who calls a paying customer a fraud because they did wrong and don’t wanna admit it. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP ON RYAN STREET BY FIVE GUYS. THEY SOLD ME THIS TIRE AND TRIED TO SAY IT WAS GOOD. I HAD TO BRING MY BOYFRIENDS DAD TO DEAL WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT LISTEN TO US. I SURE LEFT THERE WITH TWO NEW TIRES. THIS COULD HAVE KILLED ME IF IT BLEW. Tried to say I needed an alignment. An alignment wear is on either side of the true NOT the center. Was trying to tell my boyfriend’s father it wasn’t his problem if something happened to me. Basically had to threaten a charge back on all three tires I bought to get them to do anything. The guy we talked to was very rude and very unprofessional arguing and hollering at me and my boyfriend’s father. Would give zero stars if it’s let me.

Very nice guy helped me and my husband when we caught a nail in our front tire passing through on our way to Texas. They had us in and out in 20 minutes or less (didn't time it but it felt fast). AND we were amazed at how reasonable to price was! Appreciate the help!
