From the minute we arrived we were greeted and treated like family . They open doors and offer you drinks the while time you are there and every person from the greeters , front desk , Carl and Ashley in finance took excellent care of us. Mr Hebert the sales manager came over and introduced himself to us very friendly . They made us a fair deal on a new Forerunner SR5 . Carl went over the vehicle with us before we left and answered all the questions we had . We plan to purchase more vehicles in the future and this will Be our first stop. Thank you again, Mike Lange

And don’t even get me started on the incredible things the LCT Customs team does to transform my stock trucks into a dream rig!!! Every visit, I have been treated like family. This last purchase was under the worst and most stressful of circumstances when I unexpectedly lost my prized Tacoma. I was truly lost on what to do next. I had very positive experience working with Blade & Corey. Best I had in about 10 years in any dealership. There was 0 pressure. They were very understanding. Blade communicated with me and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle while I was waiting for its delivery. He met me early at the dealership to show me the vehicle when I arrived and got me in contact with Corey. Corey was able to do the paperwork in about an hour which was much appreciated as I had a long drive home ahead of me. Do not believe anything they tell you about the timeline for your repair. I've taken my vehicle in twice. The first was for a routine task they said would take 45 minutes. It took 4 1/2 hours. My car is back in for a more major repair. It was taken in on Saturday. They told me it would be done yesterday. Yesterday they told me it would be another 4 to 5 business days at minimum. No apology. No offer of a loaner car. Just the bare facts without sympathy and the offer to pay them for a rental car because they are incapable of keeping their word. If there was a chance the part would take 4 to 5 business days longer to arrive, they should have not promised that it would arrive in 2. Do not trust them. After this repair is complete, I never will again.

We highly recommend Lake Charles Toyota for anyones next car purchase! We went in a couple times looking for the perfect truck for my husband. We spoke with Mr. Carl each time. We came back in on Jan 1 to test drive and look at a Tacoma. Mr. Carl wasn’t there. One of the other salesmen called him and told him we were there, next thing we know they tell us he is coming in! This man came in on his day off to help us! Talk about above and beyond! We bought the Tacoma and the process was so fast and easy! By far the best experience buying a vehicle! Not to mention that this is a family friendly dealership. Our kids even felt welcome here. The customer service is absolutely incredible and Mr. Carl is fantastic! We won’t be going anywhere else! They’ve got our business from here on out!

Thanks so much to Jedi Master Chris! I called and spoke with Chris Damian at the Toyota dealership on Wednesday night, fully expecting the usual car-buying headache. Instead, I got a certified dealership Jedi. I said, “Hey, I want to trade in my Honda Pilot and pay outright for a Corolla,” and Chris basically said, “These are the cars you’re looking for,” like he was waving a lightsaber of customer service magic. He found the exact car I had in mind, walked me through the trade-in process (which included a car both me and my ex on it—cue dramatic music), and somehow made it all so painless. He even handed my toddler Cheez-Its like a pro and Corey from finance gave her a rubber duck and survived her fussy toddler chaos with pure patience and kindness. By Friday evening, I was cruising off the lot in my shiny 2023 gold-certified Toyota Corolla like a galactic queen. Then…the universe decided to throw in some chaos. About 10 minutes after leaving the lot, I caught a flat tire. With my toddler in the back and my anxiety meter at 1000, seriously, hello hot mess express, I called Chris mid-breakdown. Not all heroes wear capes—some just show up with a tire iron. He got there in minutes, aired up the flat to see if anything was wrong, realized it wasn’t fixable, changed my flat on the spot, and even checked in later to make sure my daughter and I made it home safely. And if that wasn’t enough, this morning he came to my work, took the car back to the dealership, and replaced the tire with a brand new one. FOR FREE. That’s not customer service—that’s Jedi-level loyalty-building. I left with a reliable, beautiful Corolla, lifetime oil changes, inspection stickers—and honestly, a new standard for what good customer service looks like. I came in just wanting a car solely in my name and paid off. I left with a new ride, a few laughs, and a full-blown dealership lightsaber-wielding legend on my side. Seriously, go ask for Chris! The Force is strong with that one.

I wanted to take the time to personally thank each of you, the Toyota-LC team for ALL you do daily. Everyone I encountered was professional, helpful and so kind throughout my whole experience. I was well taken care of. I am from out of state and just moved here. I was honestly worried about cost, unknown repairs and not having reliable vehicle or a rental. Toyota, LC was a one stop shop. Everyone eased my concerns and made car repair issues so much easier. I felt at HOME! From day one, from arranging the car rental to the the utmost professional and encouraging text and phone call communication during repairs to picking up my car was an overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be back for any routine maintenance and possibly to buy new in the future.

It was a great experience working with Uzair and AW. It was during the ice/snow storm and I couldn’t make it down for a couple of days to get the paperwork completed but they worked with me in getting the deal done. I talked to Uzair several times while waiting to get down there and he would always answer and then FaceTime so I could see my car. Really great experience. I recommend them highly!

A lot of other dealerships in town don’t care about their customers or potential customers but not here. This dealership has earned my business for life. Even before it was a for sure thing I was even buying anything I was offered drinks and hot dogs AT NO COST TO ME OR MY DAD. I left my 3 year old at home so she wouldn’t run around like crazy one upset she had to sit still for hours. But on the way to their food area I noticed they have a playroom just for little kids with foam play things they can crawl all over. I could’ve brought her and she would’ve had an amazing time there. I’ve never bought a vehicle from any dealership ever before in my life and I’m 35. They made the process so smooth and easy and gave me an amazing deal on my new car. I got a certified gold Toyota and it came with FREE LIFETIME oil changes and inspection stickers which I’ve never heard of before at any dealership with it being for the lifetime of the car or until I no longer own it. I can and love changing my own oil and working on my own vehicles but it’s going to be very nice not having to do it myself. I will forever be grateful for all their help and how caring everyone there is. Customer for life!

I went to Lake Charles Toyota on 11/7/25 @ 3:45pm for an oil change and a tire rotation. After about an hour, my vehicle was ready. I also was told via text message that my Multi-Point inspection came back clear/normal. I ended up paying $109.89 for the services. Not even 5 minutes after leaving, my vehicle's (2020 Toyota Camry) engine shut off, causing my car to stop in the middle of traffic, almost causing someone to hit my car from the side. Also, the check engine light, LDA Malfunction light, and Secondary collision brake system malfunction light were all popping up when my car stopped on Highway 14. After my car was safely moved into the empty lot (thanks to the 3 gentlemen), I contacted Toyota again and spoke with Angela, the service advisor, about the issue. She told me she would send someone to fix the issue. At around 5pm, Trey and Story arrived. Story had a very strong smell of alcohol on him. And he was rushing while trying to figure out why my engine shut down. My mother and brother were there to witness the entire thing. Trey told me that he rotated the tires and Story told me he was the one that did my oil change. Story unhooked my air intake filter and took a small black piece of plastic out of it. Before Trey and Story left, they told me to take the car back to Toyota on Monday so that they can make sure there is no more plastic left in the air intake filter. I could not wait that long. After the black piece of plastic was removed, my engine was back to working and I was able to drive my car home. However, the lights, that I mentioned earlier, were still showing up while I was driving my car home. I arrived to Lake Charles Toyota today (11/08/2025) @ 8:00am so that they could fix the problem and make sure there was no more plastic stuck inside my air intake filter. I received a call at 12:37pm today. Barton, the service advisor, told me that there was plastic in the breather and that the intake air tube baffle needed to be replaced for $200.50. I also read under today's Multi-point inspection that something was wrong with the air intake tube baffle and the coolant bypass valve. But yesterday I was lied to while being told that everything was just fine with my car!!! Not even 24 hours later!!! Barton also told me that there was one air intake tube baffle left in the shop and that it was a "coincidence" that my engine would shut off not even 5 minutes after leaving Lake Charles Toyota. Barton was not trying to listen to anything that I was telling him. There was also an issue with the coolant bypass valve but that was covered by my warranty. Mind you, there was literally NO plastic in that intake filter/air tube baffle until AFTER I left from Toyota on yesterday evening. I received a call at 3:42pm today from Barton telling me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I paid $200.50 because I needed my car back. I asked to speak with a manager and was told by Barton that no manager was there at the moment when I arrived @ 4:11pm today. He told me I could call back on Monday to speak with a manager. I do not think it's fair that I should have to pay for something that was messed up by Story, the tech/mechanic. I have had my vehicle for over 5 years and my engine has NEVER shut off on me while driving it. My car was driving perfectly fine before. This was NOT a "coincidence." It is not fair to me, as a $$$ paying customer, that I have to pay for Story's negligence. It feels as if Story can be negligent and whatever he messes up, we, customers have to pay $$ to get it fixed. This is injustice and it is not fair at all. I feel like the customer has absolutely no say so. After 5 years of going to this location for service, I will not be coming here again. Because after what has happened yesterday/today, I no longer feel that my car is in good hands. I also know people in high positions of authority in LC that bring their vehicles to Lake Charles Toyota, so I will be telling them the same. I am highly disappointed. I need to speak with a manager ASAP!
