Just posted a short clip of my car bouncing all over the road after leaving the body shop. They said they couldn't find anything wrong...um ok. Video tells a different story

No communication. Vehicle sat for 1 month and was never touched. Never received a phone call. And could never get a call returned. Finally had to go up to ask questions. Was told it would be a while before they would be able to paint due to damage to the paint booth. Retrieved our unrepaired drivable vehicle since the rental ran out and they were unable to repair at the time. Now being told it could be months before they could ever get it in.Some delays are understandable and incontrollable but to have a drivable vehicle just sitting in the lot while you have no ability to fix it is just wrong.

Highly recommend going anywhere but Bolton body shop. One of the worst body shop jobs I have ever witnessed. If you want your vehicle to come out looking worse than you brought it to them this is your place to go. If you want it done right this is for sure not the place to take it.
