Satisfied beyond all expectations! The crew (especially Mrs. Jessica & Mrs. Leslie) are the friendliest people around! I brought my vehicle in for windshield replacement and picked up at the end of the day. The next day I was on the interstate and it began to storm. I turned on the windshield wipers and the wipers were going off the windshield and getting caught on the sides. I brought my vehicle back in Monday and they had to fix the issue. The tech, who was very helpful, said they needed to be adjusted to a different level. At the completion of the work I asked them to replace the blade that was going over the side because it was inevitably compromised. I was referred to the manager and she continued to argue with me that the blade was fine and usable. So instead of making things right by replacing one blade after they made a mistake on their part, I drove off one unhappy customer and will not return. Poor customer service on the managers part.

Folks,if y’all need any kind of automotive glass repair, do yourself a favor and go to Novus Glass on Lake Street in Lake Charles. Just north of the intersection of Lake and McNeese Streets. They are friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the services they offer. My Wife and friend were headed from Houston to NOLA for Mardi Gras when a rock went through the sunroof. They pulled into Novus glass in Lake Charles LA , Leslie offered to crash wrap the sunroof and store it on their location for the weekend while my wife and her friend proceeded on to New Orleans in a rental car. Our insurance company ordered a new sunroof and sent it to a local glass in our area for replacement. But Huge shout out and thanks to Leslie and Novus glass.
