I don't have the most expensive vehicles on the plant for sure, but I definitely am grateful for what I have and treat them that way. If you are the type of person who is skeptical of most deals, thinking there to good to be true. Or have trust issues either of quality service and / or taking advantage of you because they are holding your car hostage all torn apart, then you are not alone. I've worked on all my cars for the past 30 yrs. and done everything but rebuild or replace engines and transmissions. So when it comes to having someone work on my vehicles, I expect the quality parts and highest standards of service. I don't walking through the door. I let experience speak for itself. I found Jay by chance as a suggestion from a parts purchase. I had torn my shoulder and couldn't work on mine or my fiancee car. I felt pretty helpless and uneasy, honestly. I kinda hovered overhead while they we're doing the work... thankfully, Jay didn't take that personally. He knows that his employees aren't going to drop the ball. Since then, I have been diagnosed with life-threatening illness and have now been unable to work on my vehicles for the past 4 yrs. Jay has been right there helping take care of my vehicles. It remains to be seen how long I will be disabled or survive this illness, but one thing is for sure I will continue to bring my vehicles to Jay's for anything they need. Jay, I just say thank you for your fair prices and consistently great service!

Great shop! Originally came in to have tires put on my rims and asked if they could also inspect my suspension as well. Turned out I needed some additional work. Prices were reasonable and They were able to get everything done in the same day within 2-3 hours! Will be back when I need additional repairs!

Terrible service did a rush job on my vehicle and dismantled some wires crossed them so that my power steering wasn't working, and stopped my air conditioner from working also. Over priced for repairs on an old vehicle charging by the hours ladies beware do not have your vehicle towed here. Bad Business.

I am sadly disappointed when I think I find a good car shop or mechanic here we go again I went in to get brake pads he then said I had a exhaust issue I paid him got home was still hearing the noise underneath my truck called him he never returned my call took it the other day he told me he had so many cars and I would have to leave it I discovered I had a lot of things loose under my truck no one at this shop never told me anything I been riding around with my granddaughters like that very displeased I wondering did they even do the work smh.

If your young don’t bother , he thinks he knows everything and will try to con you into paying for extra unnecessary services twice I’ve had to deal with his nonsense. Last year I asked him to fix my gasket he didn’t cuz “he didn’t think it was worth it” or probably thought I couldn’t afford it ….same day I had another mechanic do it and have had no issue with that vehicle since ….this yr new vehicle …I asked to do a water pump he refused to just focus on the pump and tried to convince me I needed “more work” the guy who started the job is a mechanic for ford motor company . I explained everything had been tested and diagnosed but he wanted to “test it again” cuz he couldn’t take my word for it …..in reality it would only cost about $160 to replace my water pump but he wanted to convince me to do my coolant res, and thermostat housing (both were brand new and newly installed) which would be $375 …..it’s all a scam ….it hasn’t been the same since the old man left. My dad and stepdad went here for 20+ years and both of them stopped going when the old man left . I figured out why the hard way …..

As a person that usually does my own work on vehicles, its hard to take my vehicle to someone else without feeling like im being ripped off. I couldn't figure out why a fuse kept blowing. I dropped my car off Saturday night and by Monday afternoon I got a phone call with what the issue was and how they were going to fixing it. Had my car back by 4pm the same Monday and at a very reasonable rate. This will be the only place I take my vehicles from now on. 10/10

My car had lost power when I returned to it and started the inition. Nothing happened; all panel lights on, but no start. I had the car towed to Jays, but It was about 30 minutes before closing. Jay called early the following morning; I needed a starter, cost was reasonable, and I asked for oil change & filter also. My car was ready that afternoon. I was impressed with Jays service a little over 2 yrs. ago when they rebuilt my car engine, which is still going strong! Needless to say....👍🏽 I highly recommend Jays Auto Repair.💯
