I would give no stars if I could. They messed up a good friend of mines 2020 suv. Not only did they mess up the tint they cut the door leather on the inside. To make matters worse the owner wanted to cover it up with a cheap leather paint. To this I say buyer beware you get what you pay for.

Wouldn't recommend. Went in for window tint. My back glass was blurry and old tint. The new tint that was put on is still blurry. I have trouble seeing out of it mostly bc of the glue all over. Every other door has bubbles. I'm not sure the glass was cleaned or inspected before putting tint on it bc you can actually see dirt under the tint on my glass in MANY places. 1 glass the tint doesn't even come all the way down so I'm sure my 7 yr old will start peeling that soon enough. Another glass has small gashes in the tint. He must have been rushing and just threw it on there. Not satisfied at all for paying $275

Recently used Jazz for my window tint on my BRAND NEW SUV. My husband noticed that they were new in town and we decided to give them a chance as we normally use other local businesses like Faulk's. The facility was new and the gentleman that worked there were very professional but we had several issues with the tint (bubbles that would not go away, trash under the tint not cleaned before applying the tint, and multiple areas cut too short for the windows) I called and they said the life time warranty would cover it and this is when it went south. I brought the SUV back and they repaired but after few days and due to it being on my passenger door I noticed a cut on my vinyl door panel. I called them on this issue and was told someone would come by my work to look at the issue. I talked to the owner and he said that it cannot be determined if it was done by his guys due to me not noticing on site that the gut was there. đ€Ź They said they would repair it but not but me a new panel as they could not be certain that they were the ones who created the damage. He had someone come out and repair on site and the repair is horrible and not at all what I expected. I am giving them 1 star due to the lack of responsibility taken to fix something that they did!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO JAZZ IN BROUSSARD !!!!!!!!

Once your replacementâabsolutely painless. Great Price. Any reservations will be supressedn by the price amd service. Note: these are some the same windshields that the âbig boysâ use, Jazz just charges a much more reasonable price.

Very unprofessional workers and the so called owner has an attitude that needs to be adjusted, won't even try to make this right, avoided my Three calls, called texted and left a message no response, the horrible work as follows windshield installation had glue in five different spots also on the inside molding, cowl molding is not flush also damage/ broken , wiper blades install incorrect(offset), rear view mirror install incorrect not centered, damaged the upholstery, window tint have glue and bubbles on it. You've been warned cheap comes out expensive.

I broke my rear windshield working on my yard, shopped around and Jazz was the best price, now when I first called, someone answered the phone without a business greeting, so I thought I had called the wrong number. I hung up, but then I received a call back from a very professional sounding guy. I made an appointment for the following day, and my son took the vehicle to them. The job was done as promised, and after the 4 days, I am opening the trunk to load something, and I find glass everywhere. This is something called customer service...

I got a windshield replacement a few years ago that was affordable and the windshield is holding up great. I got my windows tinted here and have had no issues with it staying on the vehicle. Again, the prices were more than fair. I would recommend this place for any glasswork needed on oneâs vehicle.
