I would recommend JBS to anyone who wants to be treated like family. The owner (Travis) and his mechanics are kind and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining the issues with my car and my various options to get it fixed. They were honest and upfront which I greatly appreciate. They communicated often so I knew exactly what was happening and when, and when to anticipate getting my car back. So glad I found JBS! After buying out my lease from Nissan and previously doing services there, I started coming here and after one visit I'm already so happy with the service. Their staff is very kind, helpful and trustworthy, there was not even a smidge of pushing extra work or up selling anything (which was always the case at Nissan). The online system they use is great and super convenient. I received text updates, a detailed inspection report with photos, an itemized estimate that I could easily approve online and an invoice that I was able to pay online as well before picking the car up. And with all that excellent service my 40k maintenance here was less than half of the *minimum price it would have been at Nissan! I'm so excited and relieved to have found an awesome small business where I can keep my car maintained well without hassle and high prices. Can't recommend JBS enough and will definitely be using them from here on out.

I have never been so stoked about service for my car as I have been after bringing it to JBS!! The communication regarding my car and its status was brilliant and I can’t even remember the last time I’ve experienced such great service and communication from a mechanic!! They fixed everything I needed, one thing fixed was worked on more than once by a different shop, my family and I will never go to the old shop again! I have not stopped talking about JBS and my experience to my family, they are now going to bring their cars here for any issues needed to be fixed! Going to bring my husband’s car here in a week to get an ongoing issue fixed that the other place couldn’t fix! I’m 100% confident the crew at JBS will finally fix my husband’s car the correct way!! This should be where you take your cars if you need anything checked or fixed!!!! You will be happy and be able to rest well knowing your car was properly taken care of!!!

Travis and the team at JBS are the most honest, skilled, and professional mechanics I've ever met. I started taking my cars here after trying other spots around Simi Valley and the Conejo Valley area, and there was just no comparison.
