When I first came to this shop it was because it was recommended by a family member . I told them I had been told I might need to replace the engine. They checked it out and said the engine was good. No need to replace. They did "fix other issues". Next month same thing. Now, it was new issues, still engine was good. By now it's our 3rd or 4th time bringing it in to this shop over $2000 spent on various "fixes" and now they say that the engine needs to be replaced! Idk if it's because I'm a female that they ignored my concerns about the engine or what in the 1st place . I am so tired of places like this. Scammers. They tried to defend themselves by saying they personally hadn't checked it, it was a family member. Idc. The money is all going to the same place . But don't worry, they gave me a discount replacing the sparkplug that they just replaced last month.

In my experience I did not have a good. Sorry but the mechanic owner changes the things He says: first he says one thing and then changes what he says about the problen on my car.. I dont trust him 🤕

I was having problems passing smog but JC is trained and knows his trade. We did a pretest and he immediately knew what was wrong And by the end of the day this thing passed like a Prius (okay not a Prius but definitely not a 30-year-old car, like it is). There are places out there that will "smog" your car, but you still will have the problems. With JC, the car runs great, better than when it did when it rolled in. It went from gross polluter to passing perfect.

They bring you in the door they make you feel right at home and that you can trust them 100% because they tell you you’re family! you’re not a customer because you’ve come through the door. Then they charge a lot of money and when the work they perform did not fix the problem you were there for and they promised they would They just start giving you excuses and telling you to bring your vehicle back over and over tell you there’s no refunds even though you show them pictures and bring the vehicle back to them they see it’s leaking everything they were supposed to fix and then they just keep making excuses telling me my car is old and parts are hard to fine but when I walked in the door it was don’t worry the other place did it wrong we’re going to do it right! I’m so upset having been taken by these people for over $1000. I took it to two other mechanics afterwards one of which fixed the leaks they were supposed to fix they said they would fix it it took someone else to do it and they actually fixed it. So upset they took our money ! They promised to fix my car they took our money they kept giving us excuses telling us to come back telling us we had to wait in line there were other people in front of us even though they took all of our money and what they did was not fixed they did not fix the car in fact. So they said they would fix it they promised, they did not! they took our money then they told us we had to wait in line because there were people ahead of us and then they told us the car was old then they said the parts were hard to get none of which they said in the very beginning none of which they said when they handed the car back to us as fixed ,took our money and the car was leaking all over the floor the very next day showing them pictures emailing them calling them trying desperately to work with them for over a month. If you’re thinking about getting your car fixed there —save your hard earned money , save yourself from taking time off work and even losing more money to bring your car back multiple times, save the grief and upset, drive on by!
