Don't go there bad customer service don't do half of what he charges lier thief just like the way he did play his partner when he had nothing . only good for oil change other than that liers in everything money hungry . My experience dont go there . all they want is your money regarless what it takes.

This owner is really rude and unfaithful guy. Don't believe him.He's gonna break your truck.Whenever I come there,I get new problem for my truck.He dosen't care about customer stand.He works for only his benefit.That's very selfish.find another shop.

Very bad please to work on truck there is a reason why you will not see a clean truck in This please... i had some work done by them and it look like every one give the money so they can skip you to the mechanics they claim to have all american parts but it a lie it its all from china i had some seal change a week latter i had to get them done again i did talk to jorge( the owner) he say no guaranty Because a week has pass so they charge you double if you doing the break and a wheel seal they will charge you like they had to take the wheel two times and yes marcio always ignoring you untill you buy lunch or some dring even money thats how you will get in and out keeep you eye open if you have to go there im not going back if i could i would give 👎

This company is the worst! Do not take your trucks there! The owner of the company Jorge is a thief, he is really rude and disgusting. He did a diagnostic test in my truck without calling and telling me how much it would be the cost and he couldn't release the truck without paying him 1300.00$.Such a crazy fee for a diagnostic test! He was also asking for a ridiculous parking fee of 100$ per day. Don't do business with a thief and rude person like him!

This is not a place to take your truck for a repair, they won't change you according to the job done on your truck but, the money you are making on the road. That was the statement made by thin in the office. I took my truck in their garage on the 13, of November,2023 for oil change and my glande hand components , I got overcharged when I asked, the response was yes because you guys making lots of money then anyone else.. Please stay away from those guys at JD truck repair. In New Jersey, Jersey city..

The worst place on earth! The place is so chaotic, it's a total mess around. there is practically no room for trucks in the facility, it took 10 hours for them to change my brake chamber, then they lied that they also changed the oil , which they forgot... the receptionists are terrible and rude, they're being super ignorant and even playing on the phone while customers are waiting for them... finally they have overcharged me and added the fees that they've never told me I had to pay. At the end of the day when I started the truck it started having a problem, apparently they didn't fix it properly, I went back to mechanic and he told me to park the truck and he was gonna see it and not surprisingly he just sneaked out of the facility while I was parking the truck. It all ended up with me calling him on the phone and hearing that he was planning to see it next day. terrible experience they're just simply the worst workers on the planet. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

Very slow place that overcharges. A 6 hour job ended up taking them 5 days. The owner Jorge (JD) wrote a 5 star review about his own business. What good can you expect?

I just want to tell you my experience with JD truck repair I went in to get a head gasket which took about a week and a half to get my truck back which I thought was great until I picked up my truck and noticed it did not have power I also have cameras on it 360 degrees the front located inside the truck was loosened and made non operate which could just be a coincidence however I don't believe you might I was not going to have them so call repair this issue because I felt it was deliberate I took it to my mechanic and he told me to they swapped out my sensor...so for that reason I will NEVER GO TO THESE GUY FOR NONTHING ...I say if you go good luck!

This guy's have THE BEST SLOW SERVICES around USA. I arrived a 10am and they finish with a 6pm just change the front wheel bearing and adjust drive shaft. If you going for anything to there trying to be your day off or if you have to fix more the two thing a your truck maybe they take the 2 or 3 days. Good luck!

This is another go to spot for me, when the other is booked. I’ve been here a handful of times. Especially when I got my trailer hooked and I’m on a tight schedule. (I like to call ahead) ‘They’re a busy place and do their best to get you out asap. Ive seen some unhappy reviews about the work. ‘Be mindful that if you’re rushing them and trying to cut corners to save money, you’ll end up with issues. Do the research on your mechanical issues before you show up to any shop. Respectfully, Have a clue!! I’m not perfect but I try my best when it comes to my truck maintenance. A friend recommended this place to me. I went there with a broken front Diff in my 2020 T680 KW. I was taken in right away. Assessment was completed withing 30 minutes. A replacement was necessary. I got a price for new Diff in 40 minutes, and a price for used in two hours. Arrangements were made to ship a used one, and by the end of the day, the truck was good to go. Labor charge was very fair, nothing compared to Dealerships. I would forgive them for small issues here and there.
