Avoid this dealership!!!! After advertising a vehicle at MSRP, they attempted to add a “Pre-Delivery Inspection” (PDI) fee. When I questioned it, they claimed the charge was to “inspect the car and make sure it’s in good condition.” That explanation is misleading. Pre-delivery inspections are already required by the manufacturer and are included in the MSRP. This inspection is not an optional service and not something a customer should be charged extra for. Adding a separate fee for it is simply a way to pad the price and increase profit after the fact. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. If you don’t know better, you’ll overpay. I walked away, and I strongly recommend others do the same unless you want to deal with hidden markups disguised as “fees.” Also, What’s even more concerning is the reviews on their website. Based on my experience, it’s very hard to believe those reviews reflect honest, consumer-friendly business practices. My interaction did not match the glowing feedback shown online at all. Buyers beware: check every line item carefully, ask questions, and be prepared to walk away.

They scammed me also. They sold me a used car. Listed for sale on the internet with 17900. With the price of 32101 With a lot of hidden fees And they didn’t even show me the paper price details And signed it electronically I am shocked when I found that the price is 32101 k They told me. Because u have warranty for that car. But when I reviewed the papers. I found that there is no warranty I am shocked. I found my self responsible for used car repairs Paying like 700 each month for car loan and full coverage insurance. For used car over100000 miles . I tried to reach the agent. Who sold me the vehicle by message. He stopped answering me. Really bad people

Typical scamming machine. Called them 5 times to clarify that there are no hidden fees. Everytime they said, it's just the price+tax+tag and doc fee of $899. Nothing else. Drove 2 hours to get here. They still added $6k in made up fees on top of the price of the bmw. Then argued how this is the best deal and made me feel as if I was in the wrong and fees are mandatory. Absolutely deceptive way to lure in customers. I would say avoid going to this dealership, esp because I had called and confirmed many times. They should not lie when and if a customer asks ahead of time! I do believe most of these positive reviews are fake and made up. Not to mention, the car also had check engine light on and bald tires. Customers should demand better and these scam methods shouldn't be legally allowed. I walked away and will give business to a better dealer.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership four years ago and was charged nearly $4,000 for a “Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)” fee. For that amount, I expected the vehicle — especially critical safety components — to be properly inspected. Within weeks of purchase, one of the tires kept losing air. Initially, the salesperson brushed it off and told me it was simply a matter of filling it at a gas station. However, the issue continued. When I finally took the car to another dealership for inspection, I was informed the tire was carved/damaged from the inside and needed full replacement. This raises a serious question: what exactly was inspected during this so-called PDI? Additionally, when I tried to address the issue, I called three separate times, left messages, and asked to speak with a manager. My calls were never returned. I was repeatedly redirected to different people and ultimately led nowhere. The manager was “never available.” To make matters worse, I was offered a voucher for 1/3 tank of gas in exchange for leaving a review in front of the salesperson at the time of purchase — which felt inappropriate and pressured. Charging thousands for a PDI while missing a damaged tire and then avoiding follow-up accountability is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
