I'm glad I get to actually review this place! I live very close to this location and I was sick and my doctor told me to head to the ER, but to my surprise I had a flat tire. As soon as I woke up the next day from home I called AAA and they put a donut on my car and then I went around the corner and as soon as I stepped in someone helped me they took my keys right away brought my car in showed me the tire told me how much and everything ran smoothly like it always does. This is my absolute go to because it's in my community and I've never ever had a problem with anyone in there or with the tire that I purchased from them. The gentleman that sits in the office even gave me two pieces of candy hahaha how good is that! If you ever have a nail in your tire or anything I will always go to this place and I suggest that you do to.

So my experience here, multiple times, has been 5 Star. They are friendly, inexpensive, and quick. I do rideshare so I go through tires often. Unfortunately, since my last visit they no longer accept cards. CASH ONLY now with an ATM on Site. 4 Stars until they go back to accepting Debit Cards.

Listen to the bad reviews people. Went here to get 4 rims mounted and balanced. The price was pretty good until I started driving on the highway and my car was vibrating badly. Turns out they did not bother balancing one of the wheels. No problem, went back and they balanced it. Car was still vibrating badly on the highway. Took it to Broadway Tires to have them rebalance and all 4 wheels were out of balance. Save yourself the time, effort and money and go somewhere reliable and avoid this place.

I was stuck on the side of the road right outside of the tire shop with a flat tire. Someone comes out looks at it and walked away and said “ you coming in” appearing annoyed with me . I said no and he just walked away and all the people who worked there sat and watched me sitting there for an hour. I would have paid for them to put on a a new tire but they couldn’t be bothered.

I don't know the guys name but he was the brother of the lady who was cashing people out, he was amazing and so nice! I had a bad experience at another tire shop before I tried Jenni's, so I was a bit anxious and nervous but after speaking with him he made me feel comfortable! He had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and priced me for half the price of the other spot. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

Tires were cheap but they installed them so lazily. Needed both left tires replaced. They put two at 45 psi, left the right two at 32 psi, and didn't rotate anything. Absurd and unsafe

This tire store is a scam and will do whatever they can to take your money without fixing the tire related problem, first of all they only take cash so you cannot pay by card. I went to the shop on Thursday the 30th November 2023, I went to find out why my rear right side tire kept deflating every 2 hours, after speaking to the boss he said they will take a look at it, without saying anything to me they took the tire off the care and started checking for leaks. The tire mechanic took the tire off the rim, cleaned the rim and re applied the tire on the rim, I can see that he had it in soapy water checking for holes then soon after putting the tire back onto the car and charged me $15. I paid the boss $20 giving a $5 tip.. okay upon arriving home that about 13 minutes from the shop I relished the tire was flat again so I put some air in and head back to the shop. At the shop I told the boss that the problem was not fixed and he said okay he will take a look at it. “This is where things got really fishy” the boos came to me stating that they “took off and fixed my right front tire” I immediately became furious and asked why would I sit here and watch them remove and attempt to fix the wrong tire and the boss nor his work men said anything.. Again the boss took the tire off now himself instead of one of his pro men and inspected the tire, he took the tire off, cleaned the rim again and was this time thoroughly inspected the tire for air leaks using soap water.. he further came to me saying that he can find no faults from my tire now my rim stating that sometimes rims has cracks but my rim looked completely fine with no visible cracks nor leaks.. at this point it seems as if they don’t know what they are doing, he later advised me that I only have 2 options, 1; to try cleaning the tire/rim and pay again or 2; purchase a new used tire that’s “like new” his always go to sales phrase. I accepted changing the tire from his advise and expertise, after the new tire was put on charged me $70 for the used tire which in total is $90 for the first attempt of cleaning to fix the tire and $70 for the new used tire “like new” 20+70=90. Long story short on Friday evening I was about to go on a date with my fiancé and when I left the house to get into the car mt subconscious just said go look at your new tire “like new” and low and behold it was flat so some please tell me what is the problem… Jenni tire shop is a nightmare and only cares about there own pockets and will so anything to make a sale even though there solution does not fix the problem.. I need my money back!!!

Just had to go there on an early snowy Saturday morning and everyone there was amazing! I pulled up and had someone already waiting to assist me. They got the job done pretty quickly. It took the most about 20 minutes and I was in and out. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
