Most excellent service on my F-350. I noticed later they even vacuumed it out and cleaned the windows. I really like the fact that they use Rotella oil. Couldn’t be happier. Oh, and they were VERY fast!

Was in and out for an oil change in less than 20 minutes. They honoured my digital coupons and let me know my front tires might need replaced before winter. Very nice staff. Will be coming back for other services 👍

This Jiffy Lube no longer prints receipts or records of services performed. Instead they email them, which is fine if they actually emailed them. I have phoned them numerous times and given two different email addresses and have yet to receive a receipt or record of service. Very frustrating and a huge waste of my time. UPDATE: Contacted owner as instructed below. Provided all necessary information and two different emails in a detailed email to the owner. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RECORD OF SERVICE!

I went in to fill my tires because they were incredibly low and I couldn’t find any local tire fillers that accepted card. Guy with glasses glares and shakes his head at me, tells me no because they only have 2 people, and before I even tell him that i’m able to wait as long as needed he walks away and continues to ignore me while staring at me for 10 minutes. I understand more than anyone how much it sucks to be understaffed, but being a prick about it only makes both of our days worse. My tires would cost $700 to replace and now I have to sit in the Jiffy Lube waiting for a friend to bring a mobile tire filler. thanks bro hope it was worth it

Unless they changed things since I last worked there i won't be coming back or doing fleets here. Took an hour and a half for the oil change. No communication that they were doing any other services and at the end told me that they did a diff service and some other things. And they drove my truck out with the hood up. I'm so glad the door was open.

Stopped by Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change and was pleasantly surprised. I was in and out in under 30 minutes—just enough time to sip bad coffee, stare at my phone, and question whether I really need to rotate my tires again. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t talk to me like I was trying to negotiate a rocket launch. They did a quick check on fluids, filters, and lights without trying to sell me a new transmission or a gold-plated air filter. Shocking, I know. Best part? My car is running smoother, and the judgmental little oil light is finally off. Highly recommend if you like fast service, decent prices, and being treated like a human instead of a walking wallet. ⸻

The Worst Service Ever! Rude Attendee! Told me they applied my coupon and did not! Applied old sticker on new. They didn't wash the windshield. I checked the oil, and it appears to be new, but my service was so quick I don't know for sure. My jeep is well taken care of overall. I was on vacation and didn't want to add more service at this time, and I believe it angered attendees. He asked about changing out filters, both cabin & engine, I checked bot filters myself and the cabin filter wasn't secured properly after they replaced filter, I will not return to this store, nor will anyone in my family!! Never received receipt in my email from Jiffy Lube! I returned to Jiffy Lube to enquire about receipt & I was told I would have it in 24 hours. I've never heard such a thing. However, I waited. Very poor service.

Five stars. You were open on a Sunday when others weren't, and when I declined extra services once, you respected me by not pushing further. Really fast service, and you looked up how to reset the oil life so I didn't have to.

The young man greeting me and taking my order was insolent, dismissive when I was explaining what I wanted in regard to my tire pressures. After a minute of that, I said that he was insolent to his face in a quiet manner and that I wouldn't be doing business with his company. He protested he wasn't and a few seconds I saw him huddling with what I presume was the store manager as I drove away. I am 79 years old, a retired USN Chief Petty Officer, a school teacher, etc. I know when I am being patronized, ignored and disrespected. I did not get angry, raise my voice or say anything to the young man except that due to his attitude I would take my business someplace else. I have brought my motorhome and two motor vehicles to this store for service for nearly 25 years. There is nothing I want from the company and I wouldn't be writing this review except for the routine e mail request came in the email. I have an MBA in Management, and there are a few things that apply across all business transactions of any type: good reviews are good news and comforting. A negative review is like having found gold. It is an opportunity to fix a problem while it is fixable and simple. Bad reviews are treated like treasure by competent and on the ball management. As i said, there is nothing I want. My trust in your company has been damaged and I would not feel safe to allow that individual access to my truck, considering his public persona. Good luck in your business, I wish you nothing but the best.

I stopped in for a Oil change. I sat there for several minutes without being acknowledged. So, I decided to walk into the Office. The Technician just walked out the Side door when I entered. No one was at the service desk. I only saw a customer waiting. So, again I walked back out and towards my car. No one said a Word. I got back to my car and Started it and drove away. This was the worse customer service I've experienced here. The Guys there evidently dont care if customers come in or Not. I do not recommend visiting this location. Goto Valvoline next to Fred Meyer in CDA instead. Much better value and Service.

Was greeted by a guy who was smoking a cigarette behind a dumpster. Told me to park my car and he would do the rest. I Walked into the front office where I immediately noticed that the window of the office which is supposed to be open to see customers, was closed by blinds. I stood there for over five minutes before he told me that someone would be with me shortly and walked out. Then, since I didn’t allow them to fill my coolant ($8) or buy additional air filers and wiper blades, my truck sat in a bay while other customers came and went. Unbelievable. Some guy who was wearing Carhartt bibs, I think his name was Kevin proceed to tell me that I needed additional work done. When I asked him what, he correctly told me that I needed my t-case oil changed. Then he told me that the charge was $89 and that it was the same price for each the transfer case and both front and rear differentials (4wd) but he could change the transfer case and both differentials for the “discount price” of $489, which was only offered this month. The whole time he never made eye contact and was rude. I don’t know about you, but my high school math tell me that $89 X 3 = $267, not $489. Im a 50yo guy and played stupid. Imagine if this was your 17 year old daughter. I will say that the guys who did the work on my vehicle were polite and did nothing wrong. This is about management and the arrogant guy who tried to sell me everything but a new car and then held my vehicle hostage for an hour. You got me for a $119 oil change, and that was with a $26 discount. I’ll never go back nor recommend this place. Absolutely shameful and corporate needs to know.

I have to say my experience at the Post Falls Jiffy Lube was a refreshing experience! They did a service on our car a few weeks ago. I went back in because my engine light was on and I thought for sure they had made a mistake. (I had a bad experience with Jiffy Lube in Utah). Anyway, not only did they double check their service work, but Kevin the manager over there came out and checked again and found our transmission fluid was super low. He filled it up for us and sent us on our way feeling very confident that our vehicle was running correctly. We know we are in great hands getting our vehicles serviced at this location! Thank you Kevin and your team!!

Great group of fellas. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Their suggestions were what the manufacturer recommended. I just had all fluids flushed and changed and they could tell. They just offered to do the transmission, but I said all was good and they said no problem. zero push just all recommendations. I did get the wipers changed, all else was good. Fast and efficient. I will be returning. It's worth the 20min drive.

They unhook the air box form the motor when checking the filter. The next day I had to call a mobile mechanic because car would shake like crazy and shutdown. My car died in the middle of intersection, had to push off the road. The mobile mechanic asked if I had a oil change recently. I did not mention before he asked. He said the guys at oil change place did this. I am not saying it was done intentionally, but careless work for sure and cost me my whole day at work and $300 for the mobile mechanic.
