"I recently had my oil changed at this service center, but the job was done poorly. The oil filter was left loose, resulting in a leak. After returning the vehicle with only 5,000 miles on it, they managed to fix one issue but created another - the engine's sheet is hanging from the bottom. Disappointing experience." Never recommend

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they will try to SWINDLE you. I’m not ignorant, but the staff seemed to think I was a rube. They lied about multiple things with my vehicle in order to try to get me to spend a ludicrous amount of money. They said my battery was swelling and leaking - lie. It was replaced three months prior and besidesit’s an AGM battery so it’s not leaking, and the “swelling” was actually them opening the battery and then covering it with the stickers and telling me to press the caps to prove to me it was swelling. They told me I had two gasket leaks - obvious lies because one of them was claimed to be the rear main and I’d see oil all over the place. And they said I needed a new air filter which was also clearly a lie because I’d just replaced the air filter a week prior. Don’t go here.

It was definitely not 15 minutes oil change. I went in and there was only 1 car in service. I end up waiting at least 40 minutes. In addition, they did not filled up my windshield wiper fluid. I did not recognize until I got home. Now I am concerned if they actually complete other services I asked for...

The gentlemen at this location provided me with top-level service in a friendly and efficient manner. I came in at the last-minute because I had to immediately leave out of town for a family emergency. The crew was nice and did not try to rush me in any way. They were very thorough and completed the work I needed, even after closing time had passed. I am so very appreciative of that, because they could have turned me away for coming so late. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and you could tell the team is united. They made a bright spot in my difficult situation.

I had the worst customer service at this location today. I came in for an oil change and seeing as to how I work in the immediate area I believed this would be the best location to have service my car. An older black man that I believe was the manager was very rude and it came off as I was inconveniencing them even though I came in 8 min after they opened. I had an amazing experience there 4 months earlier when I got my inspection done and believed that level of service would be the same today, it definitely was not. I’ll never return to this location and no level of apology will ever be enough to make up for the this “manager “ and his staffs ability to run away someone who would of definitely been a repeat customer.

worst customer service specially the guy with long blonde hair and glasses i paid him cash he didn’t even say a word and also didn’t even give my change back. all because he was recommending me something i said no then the way he reacted like i commit some crime he was so rude so mean maybe he raciest . i will never go back there again and nor any of my family members and friends. i never recommend anyone. one more thing when i said i don’t need coolant why did he putter and charge me for that?

Great people working there. But system management needs to either hire more people or adept to places like vavoline and other fast in n out oil change. I had my 3 year old son in the car and waited in the line being next person for 20 mins and it took 20-25 mins for my car to get simple oil change with engine and A/C off in heat. Again. Great people working there it’s not their fault but process is extremely slow and not efficient for a stay in your car with AC off in heat. Going to vavoline or other fast oil change next time.

Took my suv in for an oil change, air filter and air for my tires. I was notified the air filter in the suv was still good and a new one was not necessary. They suggested a tire rotation would be good, which I agreed. They were all very nice. Got it all done in about 30 mins. Deserving of five stars.
