I am a female and they did not treat me like I was an idiot which I appreciate. They happily changed my oil and wipers, and did not try to force me into buying a new air filter. They let me know I had a brake light out and changed it for me quickly right there. They made sure I was okay with the price first, which they do not do everywhere! Very speedy service and friendly people. Even offered me a water. Way to go jiffy lube.

Would absolutely recommend, everyone there was kind and patient and knowledgeable. I went in for a battery change that ended up taking a long time because the set up is complicated and they worked diligently to get it done as quickly as possible. Being a woman sometimes it’s hard to feel comfortable getting work done on your car but the staff never spoke down to me even when I admitted having no knowledge of my vehicle. Everything was explained to me in a way I understood and I appreciate that. I will continue to go to this location.

I came to this location a year ago to get my friend’s little sister an oil change for her first car. The employees were very professional very friendly and did the services in a fast but not rushed manner. I felt she had gotten such good customer service that I came back today for my own vehicle after being dissatisfied with previous experiences. Like last time, the technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly explained issues and services to me, and walked me through a maintenance diagnostic, and waited for all my questions and note-taking. again they worked quickly without it feeling like it was a rush job. I felt well taken care of the prices are competitive with others in the area. Josh and Mick delivered exceptional customer service.
