The new location is great. Roger's Ave is a nightmare, but the Massard area has no congestion. Might be an odd thing to notice, but the restroom is thoughtful. All in all, it was a much more comfortable place. The guys do good work as well.

Extremely overpriced. I was quoted 550 dollars to replace a blower motor which literally takes 20min to do. Watched a YouTube video and did it without any mechanical experience. they were also charging nearly 200 dollars for blower motor when you can find it on Amazon for 50. Staff are all super nice and chill but they are corporate and can’t control the prices. If you don’t mind paying extremely high prices, I guess this place isn’t bad.

Had my front brakes done (pads + rotors) and a brake fluid flush on my 2011 F-150. The inspection was thorough, pricing was fair, and I appreciated the clear communication from Andrew at the front. Josh did the work, and everything feels solid now—no squeaking, no nonsense. I even caught a couple discounts I wasn’t expecting, which was a nice bonus. In and out within a reasonable time. Made an appointment for 1:00 and even showed up 30 minutes early. By 3:45 they still hadn’t started on my car. All I needed was an oil change and alignment, which means it’s going to take even longer. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if there are still several vehicles ahead of me. The staff were friendly, but the wait time was a bit unreasonable and the prices aren’t very competitive.

Con artist! I take pride in my many reviews and most very positive but Midas is totally criminal and if I had the money to prove it and sue I would but I do not. My girlfriend won a few thousand at the casino and her car had issues. They charged 1,700 got crappy rated tires (go to Walmart) they used dirty tactics when I went to get my tires installed there I went to Walmart they tried saying be careful they won't charge for installation and they tried to make everybody seem like they were a scam but when in reality, they charged 300 to bleed the brakes rotors and brake pads and front brake still squeaks. 300 for a serpentine belt they said was cracked. The car still butters when you give it gas, they test drove it. know they made up problems on my girlfriend's car cause there's no way they drove it spent 1,700 and we still have all the same issues but "other stuff got fixed" if we spent that much and only walked away with our tire situation being kinda taken care of 800 for crappy tires with crappy reviews then they straight up lied and pretended to fix stuff while not fixing any of our problems and ripping us off on part cost and labor. This place needs to be investigated. Once again I take pride in my Google reviews and 95% have been positive but these people are criminals.

They tried to put my 2 brand new tires on the rear of my front wheel drive vehicle. They tried to say that my 80,000 miles vehicle needed brand new control arms on top of other things to try and overcharge and abuse a customer who does not have much mechanical knowledge. I would never use this place ever again. Horrible experience! I feel so taken advantage of. Never do any business with these guys unless you WANT to overpay and get jerked around about what needs done to your vehicle.

Drove to Ft Smith and found van had an oil leak. Leak from gasket that I previously had repaired at another shop called Cosmos. Midas did a check and found the previous shop did faulty work and they needed to redo the repair. I turned in the vehicle around 10AM. They drove me to a car rental place. I later picked up the van later that evening. Great job Midas.

Went in for an alignment & they said a ton of things were wrong. Got a second and third opinion and nothing like that was wrong. Went to Firestone with no issue and got an alignment. Also, they gave me a print out of parts and prices and I checked them and they’re all DOUBLE the price of the part. I understand making money with upcharging 20-25% but a whole 100% profit margin on parts is greedy and uncalled for. Purposely screwing people out of money is BAD BUSINESS.

They told me compressor didn't work, need a condenser, and change all the hoses out.. Well after the diagnostic only thing I needed was freon...

I recently brought my 2015 Honda Civic Si—my heavily modified show car—to MIDAS due to a recurring ABS module issue. I don’t daily this vehicle and only drive it about 20 times a year, so I’m very selective about who works on it. The team at MIDAS scanned the codes, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. They ultimately determined that the ABS module would need to be replaced and programmed by Honda directly, which would cost around $1,700. They also advised that since I don’t drive the car daily or in harsh conditions, the issue wasn’t an immediate concern. I appreciated the honesty and transparency, especially because they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg during the diagnostic process. I want to highlight the exceptional care shown by Technician Josh and the entire MIDAS team. Even though they weren’t the ones to repair the ABS module, they treated my car with the level of caution and respect I expect for a show car. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. Highly recommend MIDAS—and especially Josh—for anyone looking for a shop that truly respects your vehicle.
