I just had one of the most horrible experiences at this autozone. This long bearded guy comes an extra rudely towards me and my friend about my truck. Being parked in a fire zone when there's no one in the whole entire parking lot. And I'm just trying to grab some detail spray for my truck real quick. He acts rude and tells me basically I'll leave. I see why the parking lot was empty now smh

I needed to get the bulb replaced in the headlight of my 2013 GMC Silvarado truck...the manager came out looked at it.. removed it, and it wasn't easy, but he kept at it until it was out and replaced it with a new bulb at no extra charge...he saved me money because taking it to the dealer would have been an hour of labor charges + anything else they could find to charge me with.. Thank you Mr. AUTOZONE!!!

This AutoZone was way out of my way. However, it was the best one I’ve ever stopped at I’m telling you they were just awesome. The guy that worked checked me out and I’ll he went outside put the light in my light where the light goes. He just was awesome and so helpful and he didn’t mind being helpful. That’s what that’s what I’m talking about good service so I would highly recommend this AutoZone right here as your next trip to the AutoZone place go there that is just there just so friendly and good they know what they’re doing.

My first experience was not a very good one. I brought in a battery And that left me stranded in the rain He proceeds to argue with me about this and that..and tell me I will have to Wait an hour for them to verify that it is bad…however I have had the same issue with O’Reillys and with no questions asked I walked out with a new One!! they understood My inconvenience so I highly recommend O’Reilly parts! any day over AutoZone :/ Some power is little is warranting batteries gets to people so so sad! Turns out battery was bad after all that so 2 hours on the side of the road in the rain and finally!! Save your self the time O Riley‘s policies are just much more customer friendly!! It’s raining even harder now and I have to put this battery in!! Thanks a lot!

My family was on vacation, and on our way home the alternator decided to quit. We were towed to this location because it was closest, and we were so lucky it was. A very kind young man named Lee was hands on with my husband to get it changed asap, and get us back on the road. He was our guardian angel. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was so patient. I will remember this experience, and always be grateful that this young man was in our path. Thanks again Lee! 💚

The employee's beard and kindness are actually why I remember him, and this was months ago! He took the time to actually explain why everything was fine, so she finally had peace of mind. 🙌🏼 I've made several purchases here since then due to that one interaction. My son had a dead battery that required a tow. I got excellent phone information from Tyler at this AutoZone. We made it in the next day, and Elijah was amazing! He tested the battery, replaced it (even though the corrosion was extensive) then tested the starter and alternator, too. This location was so convenient and helpful. I will use again!

Terrible customer service. The extra large man who works there decided he was going to question my integrity on whether I had used the product that I was returning. Not once not twice but four times he told me it's okay if you used it I just need to know so I cannot put it back out on the shelf. I don't know much about AutoZone I prefer not to shop there because of things like this. For example when I purchased the item originally I asked the cashier if these three items are part of the three Maguires for 20? The boy did not look at the screen for the items to verify what I was talking about. Once I got out to my vehicle, I realized that he was paying zero attention to what I was asking and was more concerned about his cell phone. So instead of costing $20 it cost $39. So after going home a little bit aggravated at the lack of customer service, I decided that I did not want the items anymore and that if you can't have good customer service then you probably shouldn't be working as a cashier. It's not really that hard. Now let's get back to the return of the items. The plump guy just could not get it through his head that it had not been used. We're talking a can of McGuire's tire wet for my Denali. I don't know who lies about something like that. I do believe the last thing that a store clerk for a should be doing is questioning someone's integrity, (shoplifters not included) when their customer service is terrible.As for the store, they have a large variety to choose from, and I would say that if they didn't have such terrible employees it would be a great store. So my recommendation is to go to Advance Auto parts or to go to O'Reilly Auto parts or even go to Walmart. I prefer Amazon This store in particular, I would stay far away from if you don't want to be interrogated and also when I purchase the new item the" large man" insisted that the military discount from the last purchase had been applied to the new purchase. Which was far from the truth. I should have asked him four times if it was on there. Some people's kids. LOL

Rude employees. Will accuse you of using something when trying to do a return when it was purchased two days before and in the same condition they gave it to you in. They will also sneak in little add ons without telling you nor giving it to you such as battery grease. When I was given my receipt and walking out the associate said “Thanks for USING our battery.” Will not do business here again.

I had a great experience here changing my spark plugs. Sal demonstrated the best customer service of all time. He helped me find the right parts, the right tools, and even assisted me in installing the plugs. He also taught me how to do it myself. A job that would cost me 300 dollars at a scammy mechanic shop, costed me zero here. Just had to pay for the parts.
