I brought my car in for an estimate after a deer collision- the staff was so helpful, even after knowing they would not be able to fix it how I am asking due to liablity issues. Had hail damage April of 2022. I was given an appointment to go drop off my car on June 17. I had rented a rental car (for a week) and as soon as we show up they had nothing ordered or ready to take my car. They said they would call the next day to schedule a new date and never did. Eventually, we got another date, however they then proceeded to push our appointment to August 8th (moving our appointment for the 3rd time.) When we called to cancel our appointment and just go somewhere else they then magically had an opening for August 2nd, we didn’t take it and just went somewhere else.

I recently took a truck to have an estimate done on it and walked right in without an appointment and even thought they were extremely busy Mike came right out and took pictures and assessed the damage and said he would email me the estimate as soon as he could. I received the email in less than 30 minutes! Everyone is so friendly too! I highly recommend Harry Robinson Collision Center to anyone!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR CAR REPAIR... I brought my car here for an estimate for my hail damage happened in April 2022. I supposed to get my estimate back within a couple day. I kept calling them asking for the estimate, all they told me is the technician still need to put the information in the computer, they are busy I will let me know when it's done. I call them once a week for 4 weeks. I finally gave up on them, brought my car to another shop, get it estimated right away, and get the settled with my insurance. Now, 06/14/2022, I still haven't receive either estimate or a call from them. It's just a waste of time and effort to bring my car here...I brought my car here for body repair years ago, but now it seems like they get more customers and don't care much about the quality and how they treat their customer anymore...THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME AT HARRY...SORRY YOU ARE NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS ANYMORE.

I'm embarrassed to say I've actually use this body shop not once but twice. But I guess I should also clarified that night or time was it me but once my daughter and wants my husband either way the employees at The Body Shop did outstanding work on both of our vehicles and the level of professionalism and keeping us informed throughout the entire process was second to none. Being involved in an accident is never fun dealing with insurance companies possibly even worse but when you have someone on your side handling that part of it for you and making sure that you know what's going on and that you will be taken care of and that you won't have to worry about the value of your vehicle when the work is completed certainly makes you feel much better. Thank you to Mike Michelle and the rest of the outstanding staff at Harry Robinson Buick GMC Collision Center!

Harry Robinson Collision Center is great! I am a continuous customer! All around 5 star service! They have fixed more than one of my wrecked/damaged vehicles along with hail damaged vehicles. Repairs are always perfect. They always get my repairs done in a timely manner! Never had any problems! Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else!

Updated 04-09-2020 The work looks amazing, right back to how it was the day I got it! The repair did take longer than expected. Apparently becase the color on my car was unique. Which was fine, becase insurance was paying for my rental so all was well. And those things happen. And I'm glad they took the extra time to make it right. Had a bit of an issue with the reinstall of my window. But they were very promt about correcting it. And not less than a week later my car got hit again so I took it back to them. The work the second time was just as good, and the turnaround was super quick now that they had the paint code figured out. Customer service was very good throughout the whole time of dealing with the two fender benders. And I'm guessing that's why they got voted Fort Smith "best of the best" multiple times

Used this body shop several months ago for a bumper repair on an Audi. Repair done with exception of a missing part. Picked up the car and told by John (no longer employed) they would call when part available and just bring the car back and they would put on and it was already paid for. Told about four months later by Steve Hill, that they now had the part and asked if we were aware of an additional parts charge of $500. Of course we were not. Lesson learned -avoid this business. P.S. also they conveniently could not produce the original estimate. HMmm, Later ADDENDUM— body shop STEVEN manager called and said they would make the repair in question & make adjustments on a subsequent repairs that were substandard. Will review the recovery facilitated by Steven, when completed. 2nd addition to review- body shop manager made good on promise to take care of outstanding items. Thanks to Steven. Satisfied with end result. Would use for future services.

Had to bring in my 2018 Impala a few months ago cause it was involved in a hit and run. They fixed it fairly quickly and the work to the car is amazing. Only issue is when the headlight was replaced, I guess the new one was defective cause it lights up, but doesn’t shine on the road, but they’ve been working with me on getting me a new headlight as fast as they can and to make sure it works 100%. Great people.

Had my mother's car repaired after a large hail storm. They did a great job. The damage required a new roof and the paint work was perfect. Had one small hiccup on ordering the parts but it was handled in the most professional way I could have imagined. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to deliver great service. Even though I kinda hope I don't have to, I would return with all of my body shop needs.

Harry Robinson Body Shop is outstanding! From the minute I walked in the door for an estimate to the minute I walked out the door after my repairs it was a great experience! Greg walked me through the entire experience and kept me informed on the process from estimate, working with the insurance company, and constant update on the progress being made on my repairs! My GMC Yukon Denali repair was done 1 day quicker than estimated - that hardly ever happens - and when I went to pick up my vehicle, quick in and out! Would recommend Harry Robinson Body Shop to anyone needing repair on their vehicle!

TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE ELSE EDITED TO ADD RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE The insurance deducted $1000 for us retaining the vehicle. This had absolutely nothing to do with the $2000 Harry Robinson Charged to do nothing to the car. (except tear it apart of course leaving it in piles for us to pick up) I love that they tried to deceive the public in their response, it demonstrates exactly how dishonest they are. The "multiple attempts at contact" were the two calls I already listed in my initial review, we called right back. They didn't call over multiple days that's just another lie. They held the car, would not let us pick it up, so that they could charge the insurance the $2000 they charged them. We asked to pick the car up the moment they told us it was a total loss they refused to allow us to because they needed to charge the insurance first plain and simple. They did not recommend towing it anywhere as the shop manager had offered to put it back together as I stated in the initial review. They are absolutely lying. (original review follows) They were very polite at first we took our car in for some front end bumper damage. They called us and told us a few days later that the damage would constitute a total loss. They informed us that their policy is they won't work on a total loss. During this conversation with the service manager, he said they would see what they could do about just putting it back together for us when it was time to pick up. We asked to pick it up they told us they couldn't release it until the insurance paid them for taking the bumper off and taking a look at it plus their storage fees. When the insurance paid them, everything changed. First, they called me the receptionist who called was very rude demanding that we get the car immediately as if we had been the reason it wasn't picked up. Acting as if they had just had such a hard time reaching us because we missed one call 5 minutes prior to the one I was on with her. They had called my daughters phone while she was in class. We had been ready to pick it up since day one. When we arrived to pick up, the receptionist was just as rude in person as she was over the phone. She asked me to sign a check, refused to provide any receipt, and then when I politely asked, "why is this $2000.00?" her response was simply "well we didn't charge you anything we charged your Insurance company." (just so the reader is aware that money came directly out of our settlement and so it was our money now we have $2000 less to find a new car thanks Harry Robinson!). We then went to the back where they said our car would be, not only had the parts not been put back on they hadn't even been cared for. They had the parts to our car completely strown all over the place. They had also removed the chrome trim at the bottom of the door for no reason at all. So if you enjoy being lied to, talked to like you're scum, being charged $2,000 for 25 minutes of work and "storage", while having your car left in a pile for you, this is definitely the place to bring your car. Not only will we never purchase a car from these people we will never bring anything back to that shop. They were so nice at first I had told my daughter "we should really just get another Buick and buy it from them." The receptionist opened our eyes to the reality of what it is to deal with them and honestly I am thankful for that probably saved me a lot of future problems by avoiding that purchase. Before and after pics below. We drove the car to them and almost had to tow it out.
