This is a must have for any responsible, budgeting person looking for car accessories! The product: top of the line, Must Visit Car accessory shop in Town! If it is quality, they have it! And right at the point of affordability!! The Workmanship: their professional guys informed me of all options when a small hiccup occurred. It was so easy to get it done and trust their guys! The staff: I know from a personal experience (second time customer) that the team and especially Julia, that is behind this company are compassionate and caring individuals! If there is an issue, it is personal and that makes a difference for a customer! All in all this is a great option when the budget is needing options. A solid company with solid products and solid ability!

Overall my experience was good. The staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is having to wait 3 hours for my tires to be installed when I had an 11am appointment made a week before. I made an appointment and was still put aside for walk in customers. Absolutely not the way to do business and it completely defeats the purpose of calling ahead and making an appointment. If a customer makes an appointment, you do not take in so many walk in customers that the customer who made the appointment weeks prior, has to wait 3-5hrs to be seen. I moved things around that day in my schedule to be sure to be on time only to be told I had like 5 walk in customers ahead of me. Very disappointing. If I hadn’t already made the arrangements, I would’ve walked out and went somewhere else. If not for that, I’d of given 5 stars in this review. As I said, the staff were friendly and relatable and the environment was fairly comfortable. Please make sure to prioritize customers who take the time to make appointments and not treat them like another walk in customer and overbook to the point they’re told they won’t be helped until 3-5 hours after they’re scheduled time. Thank you.

I absolutely love the RnR tire on Phoenix, Julia is the sweetest and she always remembers her loyal customers. This is the 3rd or 4th set of tires I've gotten through them in 10 years I've been in Arkansas. I will not go to any one else. It helps that I can make payments and pay them off in 6 months. Paying them in 6 months saves me TONS of money. And they can electronically take it out of my account so I won't forget. I'm a mom of a special needs person and it's 1 less thing I have to worry about. So get your tires. Dakota is awesome also, he helped me this time. Everyone in office is really nice.
