This shop is outstanding!!..today 7/22/25 my girlfriend traveling to see her new grandbaby had what seemed like major issues with her uncles truck, she started at auto zone, they put their diagnostic meter on the truck and recommended the Doctor, when she pulled in they greeted her in the parking lot (auto zone had called) put everything aside and got her right in, checked the truck, explained it to her and did the repair and got her on the road within a hour, at a more than fair price!! Thank You Brother!!

I recently had a frustrating experience at an auto shop in Fort Smith—this is actually the second time it's happened to me there. Like most people, I expected my car to be in the shop for several hours while they diagnosed the air conditioning issue. I explained my concerns, and they informed me that they had identified a problem that wasn't what I originally thought. They quoted me a little over $600 for the repair, and I agreed to it. However, after picking up my car, I noticed the AC still wasn't blowing cold air. I returned to the shop three times, and on the fourth visit, I left my car there, telling them I wouldn’t pick it up until they resolved the issue. Now, after reviewing the receipt, I was shocked to learn that the cost has escalated to $1,800, with $1,200 of that amount just for labor. When I asked the clerk about the initial $600 charge, given that it did not resolve my problem, he had no answers for me. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I am rating this shop one star. It feels like a typical auto shop experience—bring you in, charge you for repairs, and leave you stuck with unresolved issues and additional expenses. As a business owner, I understand how important it is to provide good service and address customer concerns. When I asked about the initial $600 I had already paid, the clerk didn’t provide any answers, which leads me to believe this shop often neglects customer satisfaction. Because of this experience, I will not be spending my money at this shop any longer, and I will not recommend it to my clients. Instead, I encourage anyone with vehicle issues to check out Jody's shop, which is just a few blocks away. They resolved my problem efficiently and cost-effectively, and their customer service was exceptional.

Man what a fantastic shop!!! Rob and his crew know how to treat folks and fix your vehicle right!!!! The first time. I would t trust my truck to anyone else other than myself. These guys definitely have the tools and knowledge to get ya fixed up right. Prices are fair and you don’t leave feeling like you just got raked over the coals!!! I definitely will be a returning customer if and when I need their help. Seriously do t take it to anyone else in town. Dr. Under hood is the only way to go.
