Took my fiat 500 to them because air conditioning was blowing hot air. Long story short my air is not fixed and they killed my computer. after they tried to order a new computer ($700) which they were going to have to pay for it did not ever come in. After they had my car for 4 months I ordered a used one online. I have my car back $350 later still with no air conditioning. Will never take anything there again.

Went by there twice to try and get an estimate for the insurance company to fix the dent and scratch on our truck. The first time, the guy was busy so we told them we would come back later. Came back an hour later and waited 15 min for someone to look at it. No one ever came out or acknowledged us so we left. Not a very good way to treat potential customers for sure!! We wont go back.

I am so happy I came across this auto shop. My catalytic converter was fixed here about a week ago and they also fixed my subframe suspensions. I will be going back. Labor was only $240 so they’re really reasonable people. Don’t be misguided by what the inside of the shop looks like, it’s the quality work that’s done there that matters. I didn’t purchase my parts here that would’ve been $800, so I went to amazon and saved $600.

Free diagnostics but they didn't even look at my car. I came there a couple weeks ago and wanted my motor mount changed. They gave me a good price but called me later and told me the shaking in my car was because the suspension stablizer bar was cracked and the total for that part and labor was $600. Needless to say I wasn't paying that, took my car back had someone else look at it and the stablizer bar is just fine. actually there's a sticker on it still from where it recently been changed before I even purchased the vehicle. Here's a pic of the motor I mount I had changed because that was what causing the shaking. If they didn't want to work on my car because they were to busy just say that but don't try and lie and have me pay for something that doesn't even need changed and wouldn't have fixed the shaking. They just saw a girl come in with some car problems and thought they could get a come up. Wrong oneee

Everyone from start to finish was courteous, friendly and informative! The work was done in a timely manner and the cost was actually less than originally given. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!! I needed my bumper replaced outside of filing an insurance claim. I called multiple places for quotes and they were by far the lowest. Great service and great people! We had an alternator go out on day two of our trip home after visiting family. Fortunately, O'Reilly's had the part in stock and referred us to Gonzalez Auto to have it replaced. After hearing our story (trying to get our family home and in time for me to go back to work), they squeezed us into their morning schedule and had us back on the road in just a couple of hours (with a new alternator and battery and ready to go). They were very kind and treated us wonderfully while we waited. And the bill was about half what I expected it to be. I highly recommend Gonzalez Auto.

I had always had great experience here. Until this time. My spark plugs were changed out and now my a/c doesn't work and they want me to pay for it to get fixed. I had perfect AC when I dropped it off and now have no ac how is this my fault when my vehicle was in your car?!?!? It took hot for no AC and I'm not paying an extra $300 so I can have a when I dropped my truck off with perfect AC and now have none. So angry upset and will never go back again!

Phenomenal work and coloring matching. They replaced and repaired my front bumper and undercarriage and some other work on the underside of my car. Dropped it off Monday and picked it up that Friday. Looks perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also cheaper than other places I had quotes done at. I would absolutely recommend this place.
