Went to Jody’s with transmission issues. With the snow coming in I really needed help. They went above and beyond to help me. Doing things that most others would not. I can’t say enough amazing things about this shop!! I have never been to a more caring mechanic shop. They have done nothing but take care of me. Since the first visit to the last I’ve been cared for, given details that make sense, transparency on everything and just plain and simply treated with respect. I would highly recommend Jody's for vehicle repairs. I am a widow and always have that fear of being taken advantage of. I respect the employees at Jody's. They are thorough and this isn't the first time I have used them. They evaluate the problem, and work to resolve it in the least expensive way. During this experience, they initially quoted me a price, but were able to fix the problem in a much cheaper way. They communicated the entire time and explained things in a way I understood. They are definitely the place I will continue to take my vehicles!!! Thank you to all who work there!!

There is a reason that Jody’s is recognized as one of the best auto shops in the fort smith area! The team is there to serve you and to make your day go from disaster to celebration,! Last Friday , I had a tire that could not be patched and my spare was a donut! Being an all wheel drive vehicle , the donut would not work for me as I was going out of town for the weekend ( and people were depending on me ) Jody’s called around found my tires and had them delivered to save me ! I would recommend them to everyone that wants to feel secure and safe with someone working on their automobile ! Great team great shop

Absolutely Outstanding Service! I can't say enough good things about Jody's Auto Shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. Heath my main point man is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and friendly — Heath takes the time to explain what’s going on and he never pushes unnecessary repairs. My car was diagnosed quickly, the repair was done on time, along with an oil change and the pricing was more than fair. Quick fast and dependable service. Today our work van broke down. We took it to a different shop who explained extensive problems looking at a lengthy repair. Uneasy about that we left and went to Jody’s. James had calmed us and explained everything he believed to be wrong over the phone before we even arrived. They had us up and running in an hour.
