Went to have transmission rebuilt and did not have replacement tcm, so I'm going to take it to a different shop for repairs. So always check to see if parts are available for your transmission if it's an older vehicle with sensors. To bad it didn't work out with the parts, but thanks for looking into for me. DREW

Friendly staff but I took my truck in to have them look at my transmission. After a week I had to call to even see what was going on and it needed rebuilt I told them to do it and they.said it would be done by the end of the next week. I called back up after not hearing anything after 4 days and they had not even started saying it would be another week. Service is terrible and I will not use them again period. Work seem to be good but took 2 weeks longer than told.

I purchased a vehicle in May, that I sent to them for a rebuild. I payed almost 4 grand for the rebuild, they kept the car for 3 weeks, never gave any updates, I had to call them. Then when I get the car back. Had to bring it back after 1day because the car did exactly what it was doing before. So Seth, said bring it in again. At that time I asked what parts was purchased for the rebuild, he told me that he replaced the tcm, but the tcm was the same one that was there before because I wrote the date and serial# down before I sent it back. So at that point I requested an itemized parts list of all parts that they replaced. Still to this day, haven't got that, or my vehicle... but the last update Seth stated they bought the wrong transmission housing. So really this is getting out of hand. So if you need any transmission work done right.. go somewhere else these guys are not professional and it took me awhile to actually post this, I like to give people chances..., but enough is enough!!! So the part was not inside the transmission. It's the black housing on the outside of it. BTW, U haven't called me back yet about my refund that you had to run by your boss? Although it says ur the owner of the business??? Really confused Seth...??

We were so grateful to Fort Transmission! On a long road trip, our campervan suffered a massive transmission leak while driving through town. Fortunately Fort Transmission were so kind and helpful. Seth was able to get us in that same day for a quick look to see if they could help. Thankfully it was determined that we had only broken a pump seal and it was indeed something that they could fix. Amazingly, they agreed to get us in the very next day and we were fixed and back on the road in less than 48 hours. Incredible! Their price was extremely reasonable, especially for our emergency repair. Several hundred miles later, everything is still working great and Fort Transmission’s repair saved the day (saved the whole trip really!) We wholeheartedly recommend Fort Transmission, their service and mechanics are top notch!

Extremely honest and trustworthy very rare to find that these days, they do great work very professional about how they do the work if they see any thing wrong with it while working on it, they will keep you updated and what’s nice they save the parts to show you and that’s a plus.!! I took my 2010 Mustang coupe in for a brand new clutch. Budget transmission came and pickup the car up and changed the clutch and provided me with options of new parts for my car. They kept me informed every step of the way on the status of the repair. I really appreciated being able to see the old clutch parts. Actual repair came in around the same cost as quote. I would recommend this business for your transmission repair needs.

I started my journey with this crew shortly before Christmas, and from the start, I was impressed. The lobby was a little chaotic because the building is currently in the midst of a remodel, but the worker that greated me was very polite and professional. I interacted with several of the guys there, Seth and Joseph were two of the main ones, as well as, Austin and Rob? I believe their names were, I may have misheard, but all of them were polite and friendly. When I signed the work order to get my transmission replaced, the gentlemen helping me estimated the process would take about 2-3 weeks, and it was a very pleasant surprise to have it done in only about a week! The price quote for the work was about what the dealership had previously quoted me, but I still think it was a fair price. Joseph went above and beyond for me as well. When moving my vehicle to get it ready for me, one of the I-Bolts holding the stearing rack snapped. This was totally not his fault, I have an older vehicle so this was definitely just from age/wear, but he called me to tell me. And then went on to source a replacement, and repaired it for free! It was certainly not necessary for him to wave that fee for me, but I definitely appreciate it. Of course, I can't guarantee he or the rest of the team will always be able to do this, but it was a big help for me. I hope to not have to come back, at least for a while, but if I ever do need to have a transmission replaced again, I will definitely come back. I highly recommend these guys.
