Called a few days in advance for a quote and was told first come first serve. We pulled in friday late morning and we were out of there and on our way by about 3. Our RV is our home, so it is important to be quick as can be when it comes to shoving all 3 people and all 3 dogs into 1 car for a few hours. Halfway through our cross country drive from California to South Carolina, our U-Haul tire popped. Tony himself came out to help us and was prompt and prepared. He changed out our tire and one that was dry rotting away. He checked the other two just in case and was able to replace those bad boys, getting us back on the road in no time. This place is great. My family and I were traveling through Ft. Smith and I met the owner through a friend. Anthony was a super nice guy and his staff was very friendly. We needed our tires rotated and they did it quick. We found out they did oil changes and we needed that as well. They fit us in and got it done. This place is great! Picked up a screw on the coldest crappiest day of the year so far and they pulled the bad tire and put my spare on in about 3 minutes and didn't charge me. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires after the snow melts. Very much appreciated. Everyone was super cool. Highly recommended.

I called gave plenty of notice and came earlier then i said i was. I told them if i couldn’t have it done by 11:30 to just not worry about it and i’ll do it later but they said they could it’s almost 12 now i still haven’t received my car yet. Been doing business with these people for many years but i won’t be doing anymore business. It was not only the late time and all that but the constant lying about who was working on it how many were working on it. Ruined my plans for the day ruined appointments i had. All that needed to be said was “hey we’re to busy to comfortably do that eta can we do something at a later time.”

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I called them today on short notice for a road side tire change that took them an hour from FT. Smith and they helped out my guys that were sitting on the side of the road. I called several other companies and everyone passed since it was so far away and this company helped me without giving me the run around. I would recommend this place to everyone. I see why these guys get great reviews. I had an issue with a tractor being transported in from out of state with a flat tire. Anthony had the driver stop in and they fixed it still on the trailer and made final delivery so much easier. Solid folks there and they've earned more of my business in the future.
