âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ If I could give Tyler 100 stars and a medal of honor, I would. This man doesnât just work in the service departmentâhe runs it like a pit crew chief in a Fast & Furious movie. I brought my vehicle in expecting the usual: long waits, mysterious charges, maybe a coffee that tastes like regret. But instead, I met Tyler. Tyler didnât just fix my car. He communed with it. Whispered sweet nothings to the engine. Probably gave it a pep talk. I donât know what kind of wizardry heâs working with, but by the time he was done, my car drove smoother than a Marvin Gaye song. He explained everything in terms a normal person could understand (no robot jargon), went out of his way to make sure I didnât feel like an idiot, and kept me updated like I was getting texts from a friendânot someone holding my car hostage. Above and beyond doesnât even begin to cover it. This man elevated the experience. At one point I looked around expecting theme music to start playing. Iâm not saying Tyler has magic hands, but if you told me he moonlights as a car whisperer for NASCAR, Iâd believe you.

I recently had ceramic window tint installed on my 2025 dodge Ram at Omega of Fort Smith. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the installation. It was done within an hour and a half and Tyler was very professional and friendly. I could already tell a huge difference with the temperature of my truck when I picked it up. Edit 04 Oct â25: 5/5 stars I had a pleasant conversation with the GM who followed up with me after the weekend of posting the original review. 1) I really appreciate when a supervisor, owner, or otherwise leadership role in a business takes charge when a problem arises. The call was timely and didnât take much out of his day to do. 2) it was a no-BS, no-excuses call. There was ownership and accountability taken and when youâre trusting someone with your vehicle to do any sort of work, trust is absolute key. 3) the install is done now and I am very happy with the end result. I picked their brain about my future plans for my build and I will be back. Thanks! Original review: 3/5 stars Tint install was pretty good. 8/10 due to minor imperfection. They give a great warranty that I know I can roll back through and get it taken care of if it becomes a problem. I would have given a 5 star review for that. But there was an issue today. At the time of getting the tint installed, Tyler quoted me $100 to add on some headlights. The ones he recommended werenât in stock, so I said Iâd wait. Came back for my appointment today to get them put in. He didnât keep his word. The system notes confirmed he said $100, but he told me $200 today. Maybe he made a mistake at the time or forgot, but I value integrity. I went in today excited to schedule my lift and bumper installs, but I canât plan that in good faith that the pricing wouldnât change.
