I would highly recommend this tire shop. I was treated with kindness and they went above and beyond…. My trailer tires needed to be replaced because of dry rot, but I didn’t want to pay big tire shop prices, for tires. They helped me choose a better tire than what I had; they installed a pair of trailer tires and went the extra mile taking extra steps, to make sure the rims were clean on the inside to ensure a proper seal. I watched them do their work. They worked fast and did a great job. I am from out of town but would go out of my way to come here next time. Thank you to the owner and his family!!!

The owner was really good and I got an amazing deal on some hard to find tires. I got a set of 4 tires for 200 dollars installed. That's unheard of now. I saved probably 800 dollars on tires that will probably last me for a while.

BEST TIRE SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Amazing experience! HONEST and CARING people who want to keep us all safe on the roads! I am from out of town and had an issue while visiting a friend in Fort Smith, AR. I ended up needing 3x 235/40R19 tires which they had and were able to get me right in and install them and show me why I needed to replace them so I would know they weren’t just trying to up-sale me on tires that weren’t necessary! They are AWESOME!! I have told all my friends here about them and when I’m back in Fort Smith, AR if I ever need anything tire related I will 100% use Alpha & Omega Tire Shop on Towson Road!! I cannot thank them enough! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!! A+++ rating and I give them a 10 out of 10 for availability, customer service and price!! They are cheap but for a reason. Paid to get a used tire and the one they put on had next to no tread. The minimum legal requirement for tread is 2/32 of an inch. You can test a tire by turning a penny upside down and putting it in the tread. If the tread reaches Lincoln's head, then you have 2/32" tread. The tire they tried to give me was way less than that. I went back in to tell them they gave me a bad tire and their first response is "well its cheap." I told them I could get more mileage on my donut than what they gave me. They showed me the tires they had in their shop and let me pick out an adequate tire. They put it on my car for the same price than the first one. So all in all went well. TLDR: Decent place for tires in a pinch. I don't recommend though if you want a used tire you don't have to replace at your next oil change.

It said they were open but they weren't of course. This was a week ago and there was no one there. I didn't take the time to rate that day as I was riding on a bad tire and wasted my time driving all the way to this shop that said they'd be open but there was not a soul around. Discount tire hooked me up Monday morning. A simple "I'm sorry, we were running late that day" would have been the better reply for return customers,but sadly being a smart mouth prevailed and now I'll tell everyone I know about it. Do better. I reviewed the Greenery a week later as well and yes I am a medical marijuana card carrier that matters how when it comes to getting service during business hours? No worries, me nor any one I know will ever give you any v Business. I'd give negative stars at this point it it were an option. You were probably late because you had a hang over! Sucks to be labeled don't it! I'm so glad you did it publicly as well. Screenshot saved.

Best used tires in town! Las mejores llantas usadas en el area. I travel alot 200-600miles and always come back here every 3-4months to get tires. Yes i do moderate to heavy driving. Used tires are a hit or miss, at this shop it has always been a hit. They have even rare sizes that are hard to come by as well. I highly recommend!!
