5++ Stars Just drove off in my second vehicle from Byrider Fort Smith—because once wasn’t enough! These folks make car buying so easy, it’s practically a spa day for your budget. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy doesn’t even begin to cover it. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I drove away smiling (and not just because of that new car smell). The service department? Quick, efficient, and actually honors their warranty—imagine that! Always greeted with a smile, treated like family, and never pressured. If I could give more stars, I’d need a bigger keyboard. I've always used JDByrider. Once in Texas and the next in Arkansas. Fort Smith off of Zero was quick, friendly, informative, and all out an amazing experience. Was only able to put a down so much and I had poor credit. But Jack and his team were amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!

Got a truck from them back in September not 48 hours of getting the truck I had issues catalytic converters clogged they replaced them along with the carrier bearing took 2 weeks to get my truck back. Missed 2 week of work had to pawn all my electronics just to make a payment. As a contractor I drive a lot and having a reliable vehicle is a must. Had issues from day one but I needed a vehicle never missed a payment. I was told when I got the truck it has a new motor, transmission, and rear differential. That being said my motor is being worked on at an independent shop getting the timing chain done, has metal in the oil pan with a chunk of the timing guide. I myself put 600 with replacing the coils,spark plugs and injectors this was done in October not even a month of having the truck. Which are not cheap at all. Nowfor the first time of having the truck I will be late on a payment I expressed to them Ive been with out work with the truck being down and I will pay when my taxes come in. They threaten to come repo because that don't have a grace period. I like the truck don't get me wrong. But being told it had a new motor an im almost 5k in parts and labor on motor parts that shouldn't be getting replace if said motor is new. The truck had 164k on it when I got it, it now sits at 186k. That means the new motor has 22,000 with oil changes done at every 5 thousand miles with full synthetic oil. I will not go back to them nor do I recommend them to anyone else.

I am a long time customer with great pay history. I am on my second vehicle through them. Never had issues until this year. I was in between job changes i asked i could defer a payment since one was offered to me back in the summer when i as laid off. I was treated like i was never going to pay again. I was lectured too like i was their worst customer. I didn't understand why i was being spoke to in this manner. The next following payment - i get a paper check and couldn't get in bank before closing and would pay the next morning. I spoke with them. I always talk to them when they call. That night my mother wanted to know why byrider was calling and how far behind i was. They called my reference even after i spoke with them stating i would pay in the morning. My reference was called the day i was due. Today's payment was taken out before i called them. After i had deposited my paycheck the balance in back was off and when i checked my payment was ran without permission. I dont understand why after all this time with this company i am being treated in this manner. My current car is almost paid off. I get calls almost weekly asking if i would trade it in for another car. I was going to get my third car through them but after my treatment in the past couple of months, I will be doing an other place.

Came to byrider in a bind not knowing what I would do to get back and forth to work after my old car (not from byrider) engine failed. Was pre qualified and approved fast! Staff were absolutely amazing! Sydney was an awesome saleswoman, she stayed extra late to get me in a new car and had the best attitude about doing so! Worked with me on down payment and poor credit! Will recommend all day everyday!
