Terrible customer service if you have more work than what you know what to do with maybe you should be honest and and treat people as you want to be treated I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place if it was the only shop in the world no one deserves to be treated like this !! A few years ago I took my car to this place and it sat in front in the same spot. They never even looked at it and charged me 1100 dollars to get it back. They lied and said they took it completely apart twice but I lived down the road so I knew the car never moved. DO NOT USE.THESE PEOPLE UNLESS.UOU QANT.TO BE RIPPED OFF AND.LIED.TO.

These people are the best! Highly recommend. Honest and fast. There are always customers who dislike something (maybe the bill?), and I am sure that Johnny's makes a mistake now and then, but believe me, I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I paid 3015 to get my transmission and radiator completely replaced. Two days after getting my car back, I turn a corner and my entire wheel and the assembly pop off and I lose complete control of my car and was stuck in the middle of the street, the police said I am one of the luckiest people they know. I got the car towed and a different shop told me the only problem was ONE bolt was not tightened!!! ONE BOLT! My life could've been ended because of one bolt you all failed to tighten when replacing my radiator. ONE STINKING BOLT. Because of you all, I had to pay all of these fees due to one bolt. Future advice, if your getting paid all of this money to fix something, make sure all of it is fixed.

Was along time ago but had horrible service and the worker test driving my vehicle tried pulling over to fight me with my infant in the vehicle bcuz I disagreed with his analysis! Made him pull over and walk back! He's lucky my infant was with me! Just ended up selling the vehicle after returning mutiple times after having them rebuild the transmission and just kept having problems.

Just paid over 2700$ to have a transmission rebuilt and this is what the drain plug looks like! They didn't even clean the chunks of steel from the magnetic plug

These people are super nice and can get you in pretty quickly. Had my truck for a week the first time, which was no big deal to me, because some of the other shops have your vehicle longer. My transmission was rebuilt the first time I took it in, and I had no problems for six months, until it started acting up again. Took it back to them because they have a year warranty and unlimited miles. They had my truck for a week and two days, and it was fixed again with nothing out of my pocket. I hope this time I don't have to take it back. Seems to drive way better. But that doesn't mean they didn't do a good job the first time. Transmissions have lots of parts and sometimes different things fail. I gave this place a five star rating due to the amount of time they had my truck and how respectful and nice these people are. I needed transmission work done and I went to Google to find one in Fort Smith. I chose Johnny's due to all the highly rated reviews they had in Google. They looked at my car the day after I dropped it off and called to tell me what the issue is and the cost of the repair. Within a few days, it was already repaired! So much quicker than we were expecting!!! Transmission repairs are so expensive, but my husband was happy with the amount we were charged. Super friendly as well!! Will definitely use them again if needed.
