Had a 2017 Tundra , squirrel helped themselves to the wiring harness , Austin searched all over for one . Could not find one anywhere. They re wired the whole thing even fixed the window washer hose . Took a while… to get all those wires done. In the end they did an excellent job never lost their cool when getting repeated calls from us on the time frame . I would definitely go there again . Thank you to the fellow who did the tedious job of re wiring and to service department! And thank you Austin

As a new customer I was pleasantly surprised as the service coordinator, Heather, greeted me friendly and openly listened to my request for service. She was able to work-in our car in for a tuneup amidst a busy Friday. The technician found a loose hose on the throttle body and was able to reattach and clean it as part of my service. Overall a great customer experience, with timely and considerate service to our vehicle.

When here try to buy a new truck, we were negotiating on the truck and the sales man if you don’t let the price the price you can go somewhere else and Iam done. Then the sales men walked off. We only ask for additional $500 off. He was extremely rude and not friendly at all.

Highly recommend J. Pauley Toyota! The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help! My lease on my RAV 4 ended and I had to figure out what to do. I have only been in Arkansas for just over a year and 1/2 and did not really know anyone. I walked into J. Pauley scared, nervous and so stressed out! When my husband and I walked in we were Immediately greeted by a kind smiling face at the reception desk. We were sent to Harold in finance to go over our options. For us the best option was to sell them the lease car and purchase another car. Michael in sales took on that challenge and he was ready! After looking at a few cars and not finding what we wanted we almost gave up. Harold worked those numbers again and advised Michael, he then showed us 1 more, It was an SUV that exceeded our wants and was able to work with our budget. We are so happy with our new vehicle! After spending around a month looking for a used 4 runner all over the state , I finally found a new trade at Jp. i know a few of the people that work there, I had the pleasure of working with Sway, he was professional, courteous, and very transparent, we worked through the numbers and i was able to negotiate the number i needed and went home with the exact vehicle i had been looking for , I had purchased a vehicle years ago from them and the experience was the same, no pressure, not much negotiating and the price was less than anyone else for the same kind of vehicle elsewhere, they are my go to dealer now and i highly recommend them

Originally, I had a good review for this place. Until I went to register my car. I found out they gave me the wrong title. The title was to another person. When I called them if they could help me because I needed to travel, Michelle said there was nothing they could do till Monday and hung up on me. I don’t know if it’s all Toyota dealers that are this Inept, careless, I’m moving to Florida. I hope the Toyota dealers are better there.

Scheduled service in person Friday was scheduled for Monday spent a ling time waiting to check in because the two service people there were on lengthy calls! finally was checked in and had only been scheduled for tire rotation. Need more help in service area to stop all the lengthy phone calls from interrupting the service dept . Someone else could take the phone calls in a different area to free up check ins as i always have to wait to check in

This dealership is where consumers have coined the term STEALERSHIP. Fake add ons. I wouldn’t doubt if they charge you for air in the tires. They’ll probably try to charge you a test drive deposit. Attempts to cover up MSRP with promo financing on the window sticker. Markups on new cars with fake discounts that still puts the car above msrp. The sales person then tried to bring up Covid, like it was still a relevant issue. Covid was half a decade ago. Buyer beware. Please run far away. If you want to know when these people are lying…….their mouths are moving.

Curtis Michlitsch, Sway the sales Rep, and the other gentlemen seriously worked tirelessly to get me and my wife in a 2025 RAV4 Prime ASE. These guys literally suffered for days fighting lien holders. They neglected new years for us and stayed late. They never ever gave up which is shocking because I was giving up but they didn't. In the end they ultimately won and got us under a contract even if it may have not been the original and is a bit pricier we still walked away with our dream car. If you are ever in doubt of a place to do business this is not it. They will fight for you. They will win for you. And you will go home with what ever it is you want to invest your money time and family in when it comes to the vehicle of your choice. I 100% recommend them. This was a terrible experience because we felt we was going to lose the car but them never giving up gave us some hope and like I said ultimately we walked away with the vehicle we wanted
