Made an appointment for a warranty fix on a 2024 Mustang. they got me in to drop off the car on a Thursday morning. We was looking at buying a new Bronco. Randall Ford was showing having more in stock then anyone. Google said 14. Drove there not wanting to run my credit at 100 places, as I know it wasn't perfect. Robert was the most understanding, and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure in working with. Showed us what they had, no pressure, Got my 2 options lined up and handed me the keys. Told us to drive them both and see what we thought. Absolutely no pressure, no pushing to any specific one. We picked the one we liked and Robert went to work with the management to get me financed. In the end we ended up going 3 years newer, 70K miles less, and lowered our payment. Financing manager talked us through all the paperwork and when a question was asked stopped and made sure we all understood and agreed. I couldn't ask for a better dealership. I look forward in having the "Randall forever warranty" and give me a HUGE peace of mind. I have talked to Sales, Finance, and service to ensure I know exactly what is needed for all the warranties and everyone has been so helpful. Robert followed up after the weekend to see how we was doing and are still happy. Then again at a week to double check. This is above and beyond what I ever could have expected. I have recommended Randall and Robert to all my family and friends. I would highly recommend giving them a shot. Much like me you will be pleasantly surprised. I will return in the future for all maintenance and for sure buy another vehicle. Thank you Randall Ford and a special thank you Robert.
