The one in Fort smith ar told me I had a year warranty and the battery went bad so I took it to them and they said it only had a 90 day warranty so my suggestion is to go to Walmart and get a 50$ dollar one with a year warranty

Called told me they did not have the battery I need so I stopped by guess what it was right on the shelf in front of them. I asked them when the battery came in they said it been there for weeks. I say strange I called 20 mins ago it was not there. They just said so. Kinda rude and act like I was interrupting her

I understand stores close on Good Friday but if you're gonna put on the Internet that you're open and I drive 30 minutes to get here and you're closed that's not very good business

I wish I could give them a zero. Pitiful customer service. Bought a motorcycle battery 6 months ago. Went bad and they refused to warranty it because I didn't have the receipt even though they put my info in the computer when I bought it. Told me they don't do that. Said they are on backorder and have been for months. They refused to refund any of the cost even though they couldn't replace it even if I had the receipt. Last Interstate product I will own.

Apparently they must close before 4:40pm when the sign says 5pm. Perhaps they use Eastern time when it’s convenient. Doesn’t look like I am the first to drive a long distance just to learn they don’t want customers.
