Drove over an HOUR out of my way on belts because when I called, I was told they had the tire I needed. Called 3 times before I drove out of my way, but they still managed to tell me all 3 times that they had a tire that they didn’t have. When I got there, I was told they “have no way of knowing if they have it or not” because “we have a computer issue and we don’t know what our inventory is”. They proceeded to tell me that my only option was to buy a 570$ tire when I called about one that was 350$. This put us so far behind on our day and we went so far out of our way for NOTHING. I’m upset, and may never use STM again.

Bought a used semi trailer tire for 220 just yesterday,went home parked and yhe next morning the tires flat. Called about help with the issues and was told nothing they can do, I must of driven over a nail. Costumer service is bad. I believe they accidentally put on a bad used tire .

took my truck to get an alignment and they told me my upper ball joint was bad and loose, but the truck has a brand new front end put on this year and i had a another tire shop look at it and they confirmed it was in good shape and they got me an alignment right away.

9700 271 IS WHERE THEY ARE I don't know who the hell marked them as closed at this location but they're most definitely NOT closed. They have been here for over 8 years. They do a great job of servicing our entire fleet. From our 16in to our 22.5in in stock at a great price!

Was having such a scary time each time I used my breaks. My car was shaking at sudden stops. As I was driving home a small dog crossed busy road I was able to stop suddenly and had no trouble at all. Honked till it got to safety. Then a car stopped suddenly in front of me at light. Again I would of hit them but breaks stopped me so fast it was a voided! Wow thanks guys for great job! Two events a voided in one day. Would recommend this place to friends and family! Shout out to my brother for recommending this place and for all you do to help me!

They installed new brakes and tires on the front of the car after I had a scary experience with my brakes locking up. Thank you so much. Be careful when you go there with an issue. When I called them to check if they have a Zenna drive tire, the man confirmed that they have one. But when my driver arrived there, they offered totally different tire for the same price which I had no expereince. Make a triple check before you even go there

Brought motorhome in for six new tires. It was six hours AFTER the motorhome was put in the service bay when they said it was ready. When I inspected it, the valve stem extensions weren't put back on The manager said the person that removed the tires was different than the one who put them on. Not much of an explanation. I asked them to air up the tires to 100 psi. When I drove 40 miles back home, I checked the air pressure and one inner tire was at 55 psi. I aired it up and held. I guess the technician had trouble remembering which tires he filled. Additionally, they left grease on the rims AND torqued the chrome simulator lugs to the same as the tire lugs. If you have the word 'tire' in your name, you should be better than this.
