I had to go back. I got hit Thanksgiving day and the other drivers insurance company took forever. Patrick at Caliber did all my stuff. The last time my car was worked on, there was an issue with the door they installed. So, since they would have the car and the door was covered i asked them to fix it. Dropped the car off week of Christmas. Repairs from the accident were done week after New Years. Cool. They forgot to even look at the door. They keep the car and say to pick it up and they would call me when the part came in. I know the receptionist was tired of me because I had to continuously call Patrick myself untill it was fixed in the 2nd week of February. Between all of this with the first visit and the visit in November a sensor is blown in the passenger seat that senses a passenger and seat belt. After the door was fixed, I get notice that there's an airbag issue. I don't fell taking the car back will resolve the sensors nor am I gonna chase Patrick down daily to see when these issues can be looked at. Corporate only wants to talk about bills and employees that need help with benefits. I'm absolutely drained from this experience and even popped off at Patick one day. I will figure out the sensor issue later but Caliber give your receptionist a raise and Patrick lessons on returning calls.

I gave them a 4 out of five only because they’re trying to make it right now. After I left my car with them it took over two weeks to get the parts in to start on the repair process. Then once I picked it up we noticed the headlight was foggy and had cracks in it. They said they would order another one and call me when it gets in. That was 6 days ago. Also noticed that when I raise my tailgate that something sounds loose and is rolling around in there. And my front passenger tire sounds like it is rubbing still on the front when I’m back out to the left! They were very nice. But I could’ve saved renting a car for over two weeks.

Terrible communication. Confused my truck for another customer for multiple days and gave misinformation. Zero initiative to give updates unless I was proactive and called. Returned my vehicle to me missing parts and did not inform me that they could not get some of my aftermarket parts replaced until after I was there to pick up my vehicle. They wrote me a credit for the item. I asked multiple times if all parts were installed and was told they were. Overall horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

I’m ashamed to admit that I was completely irate when I saw their work on my car. I was really disappointed & furious. And I gotta say that they took care of every complaint I had & then some. Professionally… unlike myself lol. They really went above & beyond to work with my insurance carrier & get me back on the road safely.
