Tanner was very pleasant and professional. Although the truck wasn’t ready when given a date/time, I didn’t mind. The truck is so far running great after having all spark plugs and two ignition coils installed. Although the cost was high, it was comparable to other shops I was quoted by. I would recommend this shop for your auto care.

I needed an alignment. Went to a different shop and they told me I needed $1300 in repairs to my front end. I knew this was impossible. Went to Meineke and they confirmed my suspicions and gave me my alignment in very quick order. I highly recommend them. I guess it’s hard to find honesty today but I have found one shop that’s honest and affordable.

Watch out for this place. I had my car here to be “fixed” and they ended up ordering WRONG size rims and still said I had to pay for them because “they couldn’t be sent back” knowing they were the WRONG size for my car and still had to over pay 1300$ for bent wheels. Knowing that the wheels can’t even go on my car I went to another shop to have them balanced. Ended up finding out the rims were bad with one having a bend so bad it was impossible to see with the tire one. Which I’m pretty sure the employees knew about. My car takes 17inch wheels and I was forced to pay for something that’s not even for my car.

Friendly staff who explained the problem clearly. I went in to get my brakes changed, and they even did a free inspection to show what needed to be replaced. Scheduled an appointment and got everything done quickly on another day. Highly recommend!

I went to Meineke for the first time yesterday needing an oil change and possibly rotors. They were very pleasant from start to finish. The gentleman who set me up with the appointment was super nice and professional. He also took care of me and my car when it was brought in. They are very thorough and send photos and estimates right to my phone before doing any work. They were honest and fair about their recommendations and their pricing was great. I absolutely would recommend you go here!!

I called them Thursday morning and told them I get off work at 330 pm. They set me an appointment for the same day, at 4pm. I came in around 4 pm and they serviced my car quickly. They are fast, informative, and take pride in the work being done. The prices are very reasonable. I paid for an oil change and rear brake pad replacements. They performed free inspections on the car and still had me out the door in about an hour and a half. They are the only people I will let work on my car.

Nice, friendly guys. Busy place. Was there for A/C. They installed a Compressor kit for $1,378.56. I picked up my car and headed home (5 miles away) and before I got home the temperature gauge was pegged RED!! I drove back to the shop and my car was overheated to the point of smoking. The radiator hose had blown off and all coolant had leaked out!! Turns out one of the cooling fans wasn't working. They should've seen that when checking the A/C compressor kit installation. It's back in their shop to have the cooling fan replaced, which I was told is another $239.00. My car is supposed to be ready tomorrow. Well they kept it over the weekend and I picked it up today 09/15. A/C is working GREAT!!! Car didn't overheat. All is well. Thanks guys!

I normally change my own oil but I'd stripped out the plug so I took it to Meineke and they did a great job at a fair price even cleared the warning message on my radio about changing the oil soon. I couldn't have been happier with their service and the man running the desk (Robert) is a great asset to Meineke, I watch him help an elderly couple get in their car and help their dog in, just an all around a great attitude... I couldn't recommend them High Enough at Meineke...all the stars!

Went in last week and got their free brake check and they confirmed my front brakes were ready for replacement. They provided me a quote which was reasonable! Called this week to confirm a time and went in at the stated time range. Immediate service and they had the parts already on hand. They installed the pads and rotors on the front of my Outback and verified functionality. I paid the quoted estimate price with no surprise charges. All the work was done in about an hour. An absolutely great experience for me again!!
